The other review is correct, they are scammers and I admit I probably was ripped off. The spring broke on one of our garage door bays on Thanksgiving. I called the next day for this company to come and repair the spring on Saturday. Their website says spring repair starting at $65. The guy that showed up was nice enough, albeit a tad short when talking to him. He looks over everything and tells me the total would be $369.00. I go, your website says prices start at $65 for spring repair? He says the new spring will be $240, new cables (ours were completely unwound due to the broken spring) will be $80.00, service call is $29, and because it was a weekend, thats another $20. I asked him, do you at least waive the service call if we accept the services? He says no, total is $369.00. I think to myself, this is a holiday weekend, this guy is already here, my garage needs repair, just do it. I admit I begrudgingly accepted the services, but without a doubt was price gouged. He did fix everything, hence the reason for 3 stars.

It wouldnt let me leave zero stars! These folks are scam artists. The list is too long, but Ill mention one. After repairing my door and overcharging by 40%, I realized I had been charged for 2 garage door openers at $80 each. I realized it the same evening and called the next day to return one because my car has a built-in opener. I was told their office was under repair, but they would meet me and refund $80 the next time they were in the Mandarin area. Between them cancelling due to their emergency calls and me being unavailable, it took over 3 months. I had talked to the same person at least 4 times and the plan was always to return my $80. We finally met in a shopping center parking lot to save him a longer trip to my home. He pulled $60 cash from his shirt pocket and told me that was all I was going to get. When I reminded him we had always agreed on $80 he offered a few choice words and hit the gas like it was the Daytona 500. Since then they never returned my calls, so I recently filed suit in Magistrates Court. Good thing I took a photo of his tag. (Btw, out of curiosity I found that Amazon sold the exact same opener for less than $30.) Theres no doubt in my mind that these are shady characters aka thieves. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. The guy who came to my house was named Shawn and he lied to me about everything that was wrong with my garage and then charged me for him doing nothing but standing there on his phone. This company is garbage and I will not be calling them ever again and I hope you read this and dont either... If you do business with them YOU ARE GOING TO GET SCAMMED !!! I am VERY disappointed!! Im so mad I even had to give them 1 star....

Scammers! I called the police and he left quickly, not knowledgeable and probably not licenced.

This company is a rip off! They overcharged me by $200 and didnt give me what I paid for. Stay far away from this company.
