Perfect Installation and Superior Product! After much research and bidding, we chose First Coast Garage Doors for our new set of steel, insulated doors. The price was unbelievable. Others who had a similar price were not offering insulated doors - so beware when comparing. Our doors are thick and insulated. The service and follow up was perfect. Casey is the best! Fast delivery of exactly what we wanted. Expert installation. Excellent openers that are so quiet! We are 100% satisfied and cannot recommend highly enough.

So first of all, I had to have a new garage door opener installed back in 2014 when the original one completely broke down. Now it’s been 6 years since it was installed. Today when trying to close my garage all of sudden it started to come down sideways and locked up. The company(A1A Overhead Door) who installed it wasn’t going to be able to come out till between 3-5pm( I called them around 11:45am)and the rep was a bit snooty. As my van was trapped inside my garage, and the garage door being stuck was starting to affect my ac, I googled for garage door repair. First Coast Garage Doors had the best rating on the list so I called, and Casey has his tech out to my house by 1pm. They charged me less than A1A and Jody the tech was so helpful! He explained that we needed to make sure to keep the hinges and rollers lubed every 6-8months which we never knew about. Our garage door squeaked ever since it was installed but now it opens so much more quieter! First Coast Garage Doors rocks! We won’t use anyone else ever!! Thank you Casey and Jody!!

These guys are awesome. I had a wall controller fail and I tried ordering one online and replacing myself. Well I wasted a couple days trying to fix it myself with the wrong controller. Finally I contacted First Coast and they were out the next day had the correct parts on the truck and had me back in business in a matter of minutes. They also serviced my door while they were here which was included in their price. Their price was more than fair for labor and parts. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone. These guys are awesome,

I called First Coast Garage Doors on July 13, 2020. The guy on the phone said he would be at my house between 4-5PM that same day. A little after 6PM he shows up at my door. He briefly looks at the garage door and has me press the opener a few times. He then determined it was a logic error and that I can either replace the logic board for $129 or replace the whole 1/2 HP Lift Master for $300. I chose to replace the system (I felt as if buying the new opener would be more beneficial than paying less than half of it to replace the part). He said he didnt have it on his vehicle but he would come back tomorrow (July 14, 2020).I never heard back from the guy. I called him July 14, 2020 at 4:45PM. This sent me to voicemail and his voicemail inbox was full so I couldnt leave a message. I havent heard anything back since. I cant tell if this First Coast Garage Doors company likes to pick and choose easy jobs for good reviews or if I was legitimately forgotten. Regardless, it deserved a 1 star review.Thanks for wasting my time.

They did an outstanding job on my garage door. They also squeezed me in, in about two days. I was very impressed with the timing. Had to come back to replace the guide rail and make adjustments. When he did come back I inconveniently had things in the way. I understand they cant touch personal equipment so he had to leave. My sister came home very soon after and instead of making me wait more time he came back to my house to make sure it all got done. Hell of a guy Hell off a company and i highly recommend for garage door service!

I cant say enough about how great this company is. I live in St. Augustine and my father lives in Jacksonville. I wouldnt call anybody else to fix his garage doors. Havent found anything Casey cant fix. He is so nice and his prices are very fair. He has never tried to sell my dad something he doesnt need. My dad loves to get a chair and watch Casey work and he is very good with him. Five stars arent enough.

No complaints. They took my call on a Sunday afternoon and they would have come out same-day if they had both of the springs on-hand. The technician arrived on-time the next morning, had the job done quick and tightened up some loose screws while he was at it.

I would give more stars if I could. You wont find a nicer, more personable, or more competent person at determining and resolving problems with garage door openers than Casey. I wont hesitate to call him again should I need to.

There are so many garage door companies around here, but these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Knowledgeable, respectful, great critical thinking skills, and responsive. My garage door was very sensitive. Every time the sensor stopped the door or I pushed the button to stop the door, the cables would unwind, rendering the door useless. A competitor of First Coast had already came out and said “that’s just the way it is”.Casey came out and had to reinstall the rails and the rod that holds the cables and springs as they were not aligned properly. The previous mentioned competitor had installed the system incorrectly. Casey was very knowledgeable and a quick worker. Prices were very fair. I highly recommend First Coast Garage Doors

It is truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever experienced. My garage door stopped working suddenly. I was so concerned that I would not find a company that can help me Instantly due to the Covid-19 phase. I called and described my issue and was surprised that they offered me troubleshooting tips throughout the phone. I even sent them pictures to help me through the process. They were very responsive and they told me it could be a reboot issue which was the case. All the troubleshooting was free of charge and they did not just wait to come until the next day. Very ethical and professional. They could have just came like any other company and charged me just to reboot my motor. I highly recommend and will defintley work with them for any further issues that arise.

I saw an add in the Money Pages magazine for garage door replacement. I called them out to replace my 16 X 7 garage door. I was very pleased with the price. The quality of the material was outstanding. I was happy to find out the a new door comes with all new hardware. The installer worked with my schedule and installed the door in less than 2 hours.

Purchased a garage system for them to install because of their wonderful reviews... and it was a waste of money! They installed it and had to come back out because it wasnt working properly. They fixed it and it went out yet again. When I called them to come back out, they said it was struck by lightning and it could not be fixed. This all happened within weeks of installing (less than 3 weeks). The tech said he would call me back after to speaking to his boss about replacing it because it had been less than a month, but I never heard anything back. $299.99 down the drain... Will not use them again or refer someone to them! Customer service out the window... Disappointed!

Casey is very honest and knowledgeable and I am very happy I chose this company as he saved me a lot of money. Casey could have easily sold me a new reinforced wind rated garage door which would have been around $1300+ for my size door, but instead he informed me that my existing door had all of the bracing needed and that I could have him install an insulation kit instead. He then gave a great price saving me a ton of money and reconfigured the door, replaced the rollers with nylon rollers, adjusted the springs for the new weight and replaced a few parts and missing screws, as well as adding additional brackets for strength. It was an A+ installation and repair which made the door 100% quieter. Casey then went the extra mile to text back with a contractors information to repair my garage drywall and ceiling. He had some issues with communication, part of which was related to a lost phone, but I still rate his company 5 stars due to the extra effort.

I explained to him what the problems was and he attempted to instruct me on how to solve the problem, but it kinda flew over my head. Within 15-20 minutes, he was pulling up in front of my home. Amazing! Problem was solved within a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend this company to all I know!!! Friendly, courteous, awesome service!

I was in a bind on a weekend afternoon when the rolling door to my business facility got stuck in the open position. Casey, the owner, drove to my facility on a Sunday to assess the problem even though he typically does not work with commercial doors simply because I could not get anyone else out to help. While he couldnt fix it, he immediately referred me to two other businesses that could. He did not even charge me a service call since he could not fix it, although he did ultimately help solve the problem. That kind of customer service is harder and harder to find and I know exactly who Im calling next time our home garage door has an issue!
