They replaced my sliding glass door glass. The estimate went OK, there was some hiccups with communication but that happens. When they arrived to replace the glass it went decent except they left some globs of adhesive and didnt clean off the new glass which doesnt hurt just looks sloppy and they left glass from the area I had the door all the way through the back gate up to the side of the house where they replaced the broken glass and left a pile of glass in the grass. With kids and dogs running around this was very frustrating. The whole process was not bad and it only took 5 days from start to finish, just frustrating to Clean up after someone I paid to help me.

Carl and David installed a new windshield for me. Firstly, they met me at my work parking lot, which was so convenient. They arrived way before appointment time, even better! And they completed the job quickly, I think it had even begun to rain by that point, but they had a covering they used to protect everything from the water. I’ve had to use other companies before and this has by far been the best experience and quality of job done. Thank you, guys!

HORRIBLE SERVICE . I took time off from work to meet the installer, only to find out the wrong glass was put on the truck ( or at least that is what I was told). He leaves shards and palm size broken glass in the house and the yard. A couple of big pieces that were easily seen just left in the yard for the mower to hit. A few day later I call and am told the glass had to be reordered since it was measured wrong, and it will be another 10 days to come in. I explained that is not what I was told. Person who answers the phone was confused and no help at all. No managers to talk with, no apologies just attitude like it was my fault for calling and complaining. DO NOT USE the Glass doctor. If they screw it up their attitude, is anything but apologetic or professional. Took over a month to replace a broken window.

Absolutely fantastic service. Professional from estimate through completion of the job. I replaced all the glass in the windows on the front of my house. 30 individual glass panels, including one extremely large custom arched window, were expertly installed. Great value, great quality. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. While they claim to be a neighborly company, they seem to be anything but. While I was driving home from work yesterday, one of their service vehicles carrying glass on the outside of the vehicle, lost one of the panels while driving in front of me crossing the Buckman bridge entering Orange Park which shattered on the roadway and sent a cloud of glass shards into the front of my truck, damaging the grill, paint, windshield, and side mirrors and the driver did not even stop. There are still glass shards sticking out of the paint and in between the hood and grill. While I was unable to obtain a license plate number, the logo on the van was unmistakable. After multiple calls to the answering service both yesterday and this morning, I finally received a response from Steve to inform me that they dont have record of anyone being in the area at that time. Is this really how this neighborly company treats its neighbors?

We needed a customize piece of glass for our shower. I emailed Glass Doctors and they called and set up a time to measure and quote what we were looking for. Their response time was great.Upon agreeing to have the work done they ordered the glass panel and called to schedule an installation time once it arrived.Christian and David (install techs) were very professional and did an amazing job installing the panel. They left the job site clean and gave me instructions on when we could use the shower again.I would definitely recommend Glass Doctors for your shower glass needs :-)

Carl and Taylor were great! My husband had scheduled the repair for our windshield but it fell within the time frame that I drive our son to daycare. Amazing experience! Took my car to get the back window replaced and it was a simple and quick process. I was with my 6 month old son to give you an idea of how simple and easy it was. Every staff member I came in contact with was pleasant and very friendly! They did such a great job I asked them to come out and give me an estimate for my windows at home.

Glass Doctor may be one of the best companies I have done business with. I called the emergency after hours number and Dan was at my house within an hour. The repair was done quickly and looks better then original. I needed additional work done that was not emergency in nature and they had parts ordered and Dan returned to installed within 48 hours.

We contracted to have a new frameless shower door installed to replace our existing framed door. Our installers, Christian and David gave us a call to inform us that they were in route and they arrived in a timely fashion. They were very courteous & considerate wearing “booties” in the house & were exceptional & professional in the installation of the new shower door.They hauled off the old shower door and cleaned the area up very nicely repairing previous screw holes and corrosion and debris from the old door. We were very, very pleased with the installation and the final product! We highly recommend Glass Doctor to others with similar needs!

I needed to replace my front windshield quickly as I needed to drive to Atlanta the next day. Called a major national repair place and was quoted a high price and would take a week for their next appointment. I called Glass Doctor, and the manager, Tim, said he could get it in the next day before my trip. I showed up about 20 minutes early, and Tim said they could start right away. Carl greeted me, took my keys and proceeded to fix the windshield. 45 minutes later, Carl personally came out and discussed what he’d done to fix it. Carl did an amazing job. The windshield looks fantastic. Oh...and their price was much better than the other company. Super pleased with Carl, Tim and Glass Doctor!! Highly recommend!

From my initial call with Tim and upon my arrival to the shop, David and Carl (technicians) were all very professional and courteous.I didnt give them a five because I want to see the quality of their work over time. The windshield they replaced looks great but I wont know until over time the quality of the service. Great job! Arrived on time, and completed 2 large windows in 30 minutes. This is the second time they have been to our house to replace windows with condensation in-between glass panes. The first time they worked at our place was over 5 years ago and no problems at all.

Found I had a broken pane in outside window on Veterans Day. Called glass doctor and Christian Aguirre came out right away and gave me an estimate and explained my options. Yesterday Carl and Jayden replaced the windshield on my 2015 Subaru Outback in about 50 minutes. They did an excellent job! BTW my Outback has Lane Departure Warning and Eyesight(adaptive cruise control). I went for a drive and checked out the functioning of both systems. Both systems work perfectly without being recalibrated. Great!

The gentlemen that replaced my cars windshield were very nice and professional. They replaced the windshield in a timely manner, and did everything they could to ensure that we would not have leakage issues in the future. They explained precisely what caused some of the issues that we were having, and what we can do in the future before calling for service if that specific issue arose again. You’re Driver on I295 at 1:30ish pm on 2/4/20 was in the fast lane holding up traffic and when I got over to pass him he used his middle finger at me. I wasn’t in the wrong but got the finger. Where has customer service gone? Won’t be using your business due to this rudeness nor recommend anyone to use you.

I’m rating this company 3 stars due to the below:While the customer service representative was kind and did call me back with a quote within a hour, I was blown away with the price. Not for the glass itself, but for the delivery and “instillation”. I explained that this glass piece (60x91) does not need to be installed in a car or door or window. It simply needs to be set on top of a dining room table...then done. Her tone changed at that point. Staying that two men have to come and that is their standard rate for labor. Mind you the labor and delivery was more than 2/3 the cost of the glass (again not installing anything). She said go with the other company then staying that they are “very proficient in what they do here”. Implying that I may be going with a less than reputable company. I’ve done my research before I called around for quotes. Furthermore, every other company I called, lowered the normal delivery fee without me requesting they do so understanding that this is not a normal install.I explained that I did not appreciate her tone and she matched that with “I don’t have a tone. I’m in a room with other representatives”.Again, at first great service, but did not try to earn my business just turned her nose down at me assuming I was going with a less that “proficient” company.

I couldn’t be happyer, their service was impeccable. They were extremely prompt and courteus, they sourced the materials I needed very fast and replaced my windshield at my chosen location. Called this company for service for a broken window. Glass Doctor requested upfront payment. Found out that they never did the job. The total was $202.88. I called them for a refund and they refused any refund. I had to dispute charges with the bank and also file a BBB complaint. Beware of these scam artists

Originally I called my insurance company to see if my cracked windshield was covered. They told me I had to pay the deductible first which was a lie. I spoke to Tim about it and he immediately called the insurance company for me with me on the line to get the claim put in correctly. Tim was extremely helpful!
