I’ve never used their services, BUT I just had someone driving for them harass me down Oakleaf Plantation Blvd, riding right next to me driving dangerously shouting out the window at me for no good reason. He literally pulled up next to me at a light gave his unwarranted opinion about what I was doing and continued to shout out the window for about a mile down the road. Y’all are lucky he didn’t get too bold or I would have called the cops.

5 stars! Knowledgeable and helpful! Dave helped me pick out the right golf cart for my family. He knows his stuff and gives you honest answers. Very impressed! Will only be going to him now for all my golf cart needs!

This was my first time going to DG Golf Carts. They came to the house to look at the cart but it was in the back yard so we got it moved to the front so they can pick it up. It needs a lot if work and they seem very knowledgeable.Ill write another review after I get the estimate. Lol🐸🐸🐸

My experience, Owner (David) Cussing and raising his voice and left a very unprofessional message on my voicemail . I will share with other business owners I have referred there. All could have been avoided if a work order was written up !!! Do your self a favor and stay away from this business . If you do go here make sure you get paper work showing you left your cart, didn’t even get that . He needs to learn how to control his temper !!!!! Dose not know how to work with public …..Did work not ask for but didn’t do work that was promised from David (Owner)

Let me tell you about my experience with David, the gentleman who owns DG Golf Carts. I purchased my ez go golf cart from his father in 2005 .I have also spoke highly of David to other business owners who has done business with David .But after the voice mail he left me I decided to take my cart elsewhere for any service if needed.I dropped my cart off and seen David and explained I just need a service and bushings for rear springs as we talked he noticed my stereo was missing so he offered to put one in the cost would be 100.dollars i replied and said no I’ll be fine as I was saying this my wife walked up and said put one in so I agreed.after this we walked in to the storage building and he showed me the new style battery as we were walking out he said I was gonna put a stereo in it any way and just work in the bill . We walked back in the show room and his mother ask to write me up and David replied back and said no mom I got this he walked in his shop and did not return I was offered no receipt or work order for dropping my cart off .I left and drove back to keystone hits,fl where I live .they are many golf cart shops around but I always take my toys,equipment,boats campers back to the dealerwhere I purchased for service so I can see where you stand after the sale and I explained this to David but after I seen the disappoint in my wife’s face when we picked up the cart I was dissapointed in David because he did not do what he said .David in no way shape or form was I raising hell at you’re business as you accused me of on the voice mail how un professional and yes I will call you better than that I will stop by and we can talk about this .I can say thank you for the service even though I think all this could have been settled if a work order was written up in the first place

HE THEN WHEN I CORRECTED HIM STATING THE PROPER WAY HE SHOULD HAVE HANDLED ME HE BECAME IRATE AND TELLING ME WHAT HE HAD PERSONALLY GOING ON IN HIS LIFE! One of the guys there (name I wont mention) and I butted heads a little when I was ordering my custom cart 2 years ago and I think we both thought the other was a PITA. Im pretty particular about my toys and it probably was at least a little annoying for him.All said and done though, DG makes the best carts in NEFL period! And I love my cart!I just had my cart repaired by DG and the cost, fast pickup, repair, and dropoff back to my house was AWESOME! Thanks guys for the great service. There is good reason DG is the leader in the area!
