We paid a premium price for 12 cars from Xit Outdoors AND had to wire the money in advance; no problem with that as COVID-19 has changed many ways that we have to do business. BUT when the cars arrived, they were nowhere close to what was promised nor what appears on our invoice. Our invoice clearly says 12 - 2016 White Yamaha Drive 2’s with new batteries, and we specifically discussed the new batteries with them at the time of purchase. The cars we got were Beige regular Drives with 10 month old batteries that are just a few minutes away from failing a discharge test. Andy Wray, the owner of Xit Outdoors, refused to address the used batteries and basically said “if you don’t want the carts, ship them back.”Our advice is to do your homework carefully – we certainly learned our lesson on these. Don’t pay in advance, don’t buy sight unseen and for certain verify in person what is told to you verbally or is on the invoice.
