Customer Service here was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. They even went so far as to contact me to verify my order when it didnt fully line up with what we had discussed previously. Im quite pleased so far.

I sent my XD Mod.2 Slide to carver customs to get some slide cuts and I am a little upset. The actual cuts turned out great and so did the cerakote but they failed to follow instructions. I did 2 window cuts (one on each side) and one cut at the top. They sent me a preview of what it would look like and the cut at the top was cutting of some of the springfield logo. I asked them to make the cut smaller so they do not cut the logo and they replied back with a second preview which was much better. When I received my slide in the mail they cut it the first way which cut out part of the logo. Not a huge deal but that was something that was specified and should not have happened. Overall it does not affect performance, it is just annoying to look down at my pistol and see part of the logo cut off.
