When I came to New Way Hearing I was just a mess to say the least. I felt that I was too young to have hearing problems and was struggling with the whole issue. Dr. Knapp was so helpful. He helped me to realize that if I have high blood pressure or some other medical issue that I would take the medicine to help me. With his help I came to realize that my medicine is my hearing aids. and realized that my life is so much better with them. He was also was very helpful in getting just the right set. I will be a loyal customer of New Way Hearing for life.
