They cancel on me and said they are not seeing new patients and never gave me anybody to talk with.

I am extremely satisfied with service and education I was provided by the Audiologist Mike Norton at this Location 15255 Max Leggett Pkwy, Jacksonville, Fl.The free hearing test told my story. I needed to upgrade to a model that would help me control sound levels through my iPhone. My older hearing aides were basically very hard to adjust for my type of hearing loss.Once I upgraded to this technology I am now able to adjust the sound levels and save favorite settings. Very comfortable.Mike taught me how to do these adjustments (with patience and his exceptional knowledge).I never felt pressure to purchase and I recommend this office. Sometimes having correct settings make the difference between wearing your hearing aides or putting them in a drawer through frustration.

My Mom was taken advantage of while in her 80s for the wrong hearing aids and they did nothing to help her...they gave her the wrong ones with nothing but trouble. She is now in a nursing home and the Nursing Home requested she get the right one put in for her. My sisters and I paid a few thousand dollars just to be taken advantage of from this place In Jacksonville Fl...never go there or deal with them again and I will spread the news. Very bad customer service!
