Jennifer and Holly are always very friendly and helpful. I have had my hearing aid for over a year now and they have changed my life. Loss of hearing can be very frustration. I now feel like I can have my life back.

I had tried other places before, but I’m all honesty this is by Far the BEST TESTING that have had. The Audiologist (JR), knows her stuff to the Max. She’s very Courteous, Understanding, Knowledgeable and very Patient with you. I will recommend anyone in the Jacksonville area or around that’s looking for an Audiologist whether you are looking for hearing aids or just a routine check, please visit this office.

Bought the most expensive hearing aids but can’t seem to get them programmed to be able to hear comfortably to certain sounds. Very discouraged. When making an appointment to tweak them have to wait two weeks. Not happy.

Jennifer repaired my Dads hearing aid. She suggested I should check his ear to make sure the missing part was not stuck in his ear. Lo and behold it was in there and we had to have a doctor remove it. If she hadn’t suggested this it would have been there for a long time. Thank you Jennifer

Having a great product such as Miracle Ear hearing aids is important, but without having a knowledgeable, caring staff to provide support and advice the picture is not complete.Jennifer the hearing aid specialist is skilled in testing hearing and making sure the aids perform as well as possible for those in need of them. Jennifer has made a number of suggestions and modifications to my hearing aids to improve their performance and my satisfaction with them.Holly provides support and assists with servicing the hearing aids and is very helpful setting up visits and appointments. She along with Jennifer go out of their way to be supportive and helpful.I am pleased with the assistance they have given to me in improving my hearing.

I took my 84 year old mother in when she desperately needed a new hearing and the whole staff couldn’t have been nicer. Jennifer was very patient explaining the hearing aid and its features to Mom. She and her intern were very thorough evaluating Mom’s condition and have Mom hearing better than she has in a long time. Very thorough follow-up visits too. We couldn’t be happier! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and later met with the hearing aid specialist, Kelley Koors. Kelley was knowledgeable, expert in her field, and very respectful. She answered all questions with utmost confidence and accuracy. She treated us like members of her own family. We really felt comfortable in her office and the whole environment was angelic.
