I have had my hearing checked on a few occasions over the past years. Todays visit with Florida Medical Hearing (Mansfield Smith in Jacksonville, FL) was the most pleasant, most informative, most relaxing appointment and test Ive ever had. Mr. Smith took his time to explain everything that was going on in an enlightening manner; answered every question directly and understandably.I would recommend his services to anyone needing a hearing test or hearing aids.

Wonderful, professional, caring folks. Very appreciative of the time they take to explain and problem-solve. Confident we will have my hearing up to par soon. Patient learning curve is a big part of the process. Ill get better at it.

This was the third time Ive been to Hearing USA and Ive just been astounded at the service they give. Each time Ive been there the staff are friendly and nice and they have helped me with the problem with my hearing aids without charging me a cent. Im sure their policy for doing this must lead to Future business and I can understand why it would. Though Id like to keep them my own secret I highly recommend them.

My second appointment, it was very informative and just like last time my aids were fixed quickly. It’s nice to find some one who is very skillful.

FMHC has definitely changed since I purchased my hearing aids in late 2018. They were purchased by HEARUSA in 2019. One of my hearing aids recently failed. The Jacksonville FL location I visit on Hodge’s is on their third Audiology Specialist since the buyout. Their web page states due to COVID you must call & make an appointment. My three calls in the last two weeks went to VM. I did receive one return call from them at 6:27 PM that hung up when I answered. I am not a happy camper and I haven’t even been able to get in to have my hearing aid looked at yet.
