I have two grandchildren that go here 7 and 9 and they love it always ready to go and the staff that Ive met are wonderful.
Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour!! The people were very nice though
My son has been working with Ms. Papale for speech therapy and its been wonderful! She is very skilled with getting him to make the correct shapes with his mouth and keeping him on task and engaged while providing online therapy.

My daughter has childhood Apraxia and jacksonville speech and hearing has been absolutely wonderful through this whole journey, they always answer the phone and are very informative with any questions weve ever had everyone there has always been so kind to us! Mrs.Lynda is my daughters speech teacher and she has helped my daughter improve so much! Shes a wonderful teacher and person! My daughter gets so excited for their sessions Every week! If youre looking for help with Speach and hearing this is the place !
The people at Jax Speech and hearing were extremely polite and helpful. Dr Mattson was helpful and explained everything she was going to do and offered info on what had occurred. I have to thank my family doctor for referring me.
Pleasant staff didnt have to wait will definitely take my other granddaughter there also.

I have ringing of ears I did a hearing test and got hearing aids and it reduced the ringing tremendously
They friendly and helpful and the wait is not that long but with this heat it would be nice to put out a benches or chairs in the shades for people to keep cool while they wait if they dont have ac in their cars but I do like the place a lot .
Im just not happy with the recent service they have/have not offered my special needs daughterr. Got a new pair of hearing aids for her in February, cost 6000.00. After four attempts they finally sent them back as defective. She has loaner hearing aides for two months now. They called last week said to come pick hers up. After several calls to make an appointment, leaving message after message, I finally get someone to answer the phone. She had me on hold for twenty minutes, then tells me they do not have any hearing aids for her. But you called me and said they were in. Girl says she will figure out whats going on and call me back. That was 7 days ago, still have not heard from them. SMH
They took away my ears and now I can’t find them.
This place is very unprofessional I showed up for an hour early thinking that my babys appointment was here for one Im in this waiting room sitting down the staff e walked past me no one even asked me who am I waiting for what time is my appointment nothing a young lady just showed up and somebody greeted her at the door to tell her to come in and theres nobody in the room but me and my baby Im very disappointed because staff is in here sitting not one staff member even ask me a ? if my appointment is at 2 somebody could have still come and greeted and ask a I know your appointment is for 2 we can still see you because no one is here
Very disappointed. I checked with our insurance and this facility is in our network, so decided to schedule an appointment for my child to have a speech evaluation. Spoke to staff and provided insurance info, scheduled for 8am on 12/10/18. Received a confirmation call on 12/7/18 to be at the facility at 8am and earlier to complete paperwork and bring audiologist report. My wife and I took the day off of work, took our child out of school, and showed up at 7:40am to an empty receptionist desk. We eventually spoke to 3 different people. They check the schedule and state we are scheduled for 9:30am, not 8am. The speech therapist was argumentative in that the person scheduled us knew she was busy and had regular clients, so there was nothing she could do but for us to wait. The front office manager, who never introduced herself or told us what her exact title was, stated there was another speech therapist supposed to be there but we were notified of the change in time, but this was not true. We have a voicemail proving this. She said we could wait (with a 2.5 year old, no thank you) or come back in the afternoon which is another hardship and our child tests better in the morning. She was never considerate and seemed miffed that we were making a big deal of their lack of understanding of what the term appointment really means to the rest of society. We canceled and will not return. I plan to also contact our insurance company and make a complaint. No need for this agency to be providing services to their customers if this is the response from the staff.
I had a great experience here. The Doctor was well versed and attentive to my malady.
My grandson goes to see his speech therapist every Friday morning an she is great with him. He is talking more now than ever...

Took my 90 year old mother here for hearing aids. Dr. Cleveland was wonderful with her, very patient and kind. Mom loves the new hearing aids.
Wonderful people and highly skilled speech therapists. My daughter and son have been going there for over 2 years. Their speech journey has been remarkable.
100% satisfied with Dr. Mattson, hearing test, recommendations and the hearing aids. Every aspect exceeded expectations. The hearing aids have been a game changer. Only regret is that their help should have been sought earlier.
This place is extremely unprofessional. First of all the man at the front desk is incredibly sassy and rude and was loudly arguing with patients on the phone in front of everyone in the waiting room and then commenting on it after hanging up. I took my 18 month old son here on a recommendation from our pediatrician that we see a speech therapist and when the man at the front desk heard my son say “hi” to someone in the waiting room he commented to everyone and said “you’re already light years ahead of your peers why are you here?” That was none of his business to state out loud especially without knowing anything about our situation or what we were there for. Eventually we got called back to do the hearing test and no one introduced themselves at all. I didn’t realize I was even talking to the doctor until someone else came in and called her by name. After the hearing test no one explained the results at all. I then met with the therapist who was nicer but still no introduction and no explanation on what we should expect since it was our first time there. She just sat and watched him play and interact which is fine if that’s how they do things, but a heads up would have been nice so I wasn’t sitting there waiting for the appointment to start thinking she wasn’t doing her job.
Receptionist is kind and yet vivacious....patience is his virtue
Dr. Fenja Mattson is wonderful. She asked questions and listened. I did not feel rushed. She took time to explain to me what is going on and how she could help. My only regret is not seeing her sooner.
Mrs. Sharon was the most amazing therapist.
Great experience....every test was described in detail as we went along.great communication even if the test results were not what I was looking for.
Not good for kids. Lady rushed us in and pushed 2 buttons then said my sons hearing is great ... Not sufficient test for kids.

Overpriced hearing devices. Another company fleecing the insurance. 1500 dollar hearing aids for 5 grand... and the things don’t even help.

Front desk personnel are incredibly rude. The doctor working in pediatrics seemed to have very little experience in interacting with small children. Only one out of four tests were completed for this reason. She stated that this may take several repeat trips think Ill opt to go elsewhere.
