We used FCL through our builder and they were on of the best vendors we worked with. Jessica was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very expensive fixture that we had an issue with a month before close and Jessica was responsive and supportive. We have reordered the fixture we envisioned and are sure it will look beautiful! We also ordered a ton of light fixtures and they all arrived on time. Thank you for your help! We will certainly use them in the future.

I needed a specialty switch and John was helpful and explaining to me what the new product number was to replace my existing switch. I will be going back to check out the lighting and the different types of lights and bulbs and lighting fixtures because they were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is well stocked and obviously will lit! 😆

Went in for an appointment to pick out a light for new house. We had looked on website night before and had a pretty good idea what we were looking for. Made couple rounds to check everything out; found what we liked, compared a couple of choices, made final decision, and Rick finished up the process. Quick n easy. Am sure well be back for dining room light as well!

To be honest, we first went there because they are our builder’s preferred vendor. They are WONDERFUL, though. The whole staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they have an amazing selection and the prices are great. You can shop around (believe me, we did...), but you’re going to come back here for sure.

This is by far the best place in Jacksonville to make your lighting selections. Excellent customer service, and great product selection. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. The staff here will treat you right the first time.

GREAT Service and very knowledgeable! Prices were super fair, too, and I didnt feel pressured to upgrade anything. I took in these old lights that had broken in our home that we bought a year and a half ago. They are track lights and I had gone to Lowes and was told by someone there that all track lights are the same so I could just buy new heads. That wasnt the case and I made two trips back and forth to Lowes. I took the lights in here and they immediately were able to look up the brand, model number, etc. and identified what they were and gave me multiple options for them based on various looks and price points. I will definitely go back when weve saved up to swap out the chandelier with something more modern and when we do recessed lighting.

Overpriced...we get 10 coach lights from Home DepotFor the price of one...it’s same as Avenue lights located at Philips highway.I never go this place..horrible pricing 😞
