My 20-year-old single-bulb fluorescent lamp above my kitchen sink started behaving oddly, then my wife noticed a burning smell. A brief online search identified the culprit - a ballast. But this is an old, now obsolete lamp. Where was I going to find a replacement part? Now I know - Lamp Sales Unlimited, less than two miles from my house! Im just a homeowner and am a little frightened to make electrical repairs. Don walked me through it, and in less than 15 minutes (and for less than twenty bucks) I now have a working lamp again - and a feeling of accomplishment. Great place for any lamp needs, needed a transformer that had enough juice and fit in a small opening. Thanks guys
