Worst customer service on the planet .What happened to Samsonite? This was such a great company.And now theyre so bad they cant even deliver the right items and the customer service is so bad worst I have ever experienced in the United States!

If your at the main st entrance continue down imeson, left at Busch dr., then left at Whittaker, continue past the guard shack turn left and left, stop at receiving door where a few cars are parked and check in..... Shipping is same door go figure......

I’m beginning to wonder if these people ever work!!! Everytime I call this office during their “hours” they are GONE. Either they have piss poor work ethics or management needs to pay better attention to their employees and their hours they are SUPPOSED to be in office. This is getting out of hand. It appears this company needs to do a total rehire or look into something internally because this happens way to often!!!! Corporate needs to look into this because no one in this office is ever there the posted hours of operation!!!!

Easy to find. Big parking lot and friendly people. Up and running in about 30 mins or less. Check make sure you have the correct shipment as it gets mixed up by the office.

Stephanie and Logan are very rude and talk very disrespectfully to drivers. Had Canton, Ohio on my paper work and an attitude because I didnt want to sign it. Stephanie was upset because she had to redue the paper work, to correct her own mistakes. BAD ATTITUDES.
