We had a last minute move from Raleigh, NC to Jacksonville in the tail end of 2013. After extensive searching online for suitable accommodations and finding very little that was desirable within our budget at the time, my brother, who had moved to Jacksonville several months prior suggested that we speak with Jerry. Jerry had sold my brother his home, so we were comfortable in dealing with him. We came down to Jacksonville to view a couple of properties we found online and also to meet with Jerry to see what he had available. He showed us 3 homes that fit what we were looking for. We decided on the second home he showed us. His price for the home was reasonable and he had made several improvements to the home for us. We have lived in the home for just under 5 years and are relocating out of state. To assist us, Jerry offered to purchase the home back from us. This has helped us out considerably. It saved us from having to list the home and go through the lengthy process of finding a qualified buyer and all of the headaches associated with selling a home.
