Roads need to be fixed for those holes and their speed bumps will tear up your car

Its well maintained, grass is cut, roads are driveable without pot holes and very clean

It used to be a nice quiet place. But just before they sold the park to some huge conglomerate. They started renting to drug addicts. Now cops are there all the time. Screaming and car horns honking all hours of the nice. Dude on a bike tried to steal my mothers dog. Kids and large dogs running around unsupervised. Rules the new company implied are ridiculous. Gives them any reason to kick you out and take your trailer from you even if you own it and have lived there for years. Worse place in Jacksonville now

Huge speed bumps whoever made them that tall had a few marbles missing live there, and your car will have a few shocks missing, along with the muffler gas tank part of your frame fenders anything else think you might need under there hey babe drive shaft nevermind we will stop soon. Thats just one thing and you have half the trailers on the low side have been underwater in at least one flood and they never replaced the floor joists in some of them I didnt even replace the floor weak spots under the tubs under all the cabinets water bugs because its always wet and they charge so much for this little piece of nothing youre better off and a cardboard fridge box it might even hold up longer against the elements and a lot less roaches that way. In other words I personally would not want to live there other than that and the occasional flooding its great

Speed bumps are horrible, but for the most part its not a bad place.

Nice place to live,out of the hustle of being directly in the city! Like a country mobile land!

Horrible representation . Uninterested in showing places and rude agent. $790 a month and $790 deposit for a trailer which is laughable. This business seems shady and I imagine they are taking advantage of people and their situations.

The place is dirty and run down looking with the exception of a few homes. I checked into the lot rent and its outrageously expensive.

Alright neighbors are a little nosey and really need to do something bout speed bumps 5year contract for lot rent so after paid off cant move till lot rent contract is up
