Great place to ship and print from. Employees are amazing and go above and beyond for customers. Store is clean and always stocked. If they dont have a box they can have one sent over or send you to the right location. Most print jobs are finished within a week. Restroom is clean. Printing copying faxing and computer use are available in the self serve area. They have parking spots out front but also have a parking garage above them. Highly recommend for all of my shipping and printing needs.

Walked into this FedEx location and the service that I received was no less than deplorable as a customer I went to use the bathroom even though no one else was in there but we and my wife they asked me what I was doing I said going to use the bathroom they said I must be a customer I let them know I am can you guys not See us printing in the corner the manager asked me seem to be OK with the question with a little attitude but the The two cashiers which are supposed to be customer service representatives did everything but they went to giving me dirty looks and I simply asked are you two OK and they laughed and had nothing to say when I told the manager he just seem to struggle it how do I handle this @fedex

Friendly service, but latest pickup time for ground is 4:00 PM EST which is way too early. They should be able to get ground packages in delivery if delivered before 6:00 PM EST.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I went in this location this morning around 9:42 am. to inquire about my business cards. This lady who was the only person in the store, Didn’t say Good morning or Greet me was VERY RUDE & NASTY on how she communicate with me. As a First time customer, I was trying to comply with her in Courtesy and She was in a FUNK that was soooo stink and it completely turn my spirit off.As a Person who is well experienced in Customer Service,One thing you do not do is if you are having a Bad Morning and You are at work, you do not want to take your FRUSTRATION OUT ON THE CUSTOMER. And that is what I witnessed today at this location with this young lady. She was taking it out on even the Customers over the phone while I was in the Store too. I recommend anyone who is trying to go as a first customer to if you want services provided, THIS LOCATION ISNT THE PLACE TO BE.HORRIBLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.LACK OF CUSTOMER HOSPITALITY.RUDE EMPLOYEE.

When helping me at first, Diana was friendly and professional. Then it appears that the business that brought me to the store that day seemed to inconvenience her, causing her demeanor to change, which I sensed as she scoffed at the equipment I brought in to return and she performed an unnecessary visual examination of her hands after touching the equipment. I’ve never returned cable equipment to a FedEx store before and was actually not even aware that that is how AT&T/DirectTV instructs customers to return equipment that they are no longer using. It is my mistake for not better preparing the equipment for return, prior to bringing it in to the store, but I also find the employee’s behavior and lack of professionalism to have been unnecessary. Diana, I apologize that you had to touch dusty cable equipment and take a couple of extra minutes to disconnect all the cords, but I was not provided with any instructions as to how to adequately prepare the equipment for return. I understand that this was an inconvenience in your day, but I wish you would have waited until I left the store to demonstrate your aggravation.

This Fed Ex Office location does excellent work. I had some business cards printed and some color printing projects completed. The staff and management are customer oriented and well trained. Great Fed Ex Office.

Didnt do passport photos even though it says they do online, refers you to a place across town.

We had a lot of printing needs during this last election cycle. We needed items fast and were replicating a flier used 4 years ago.Chris was amazing. I would email my order to the store, receive a confirmation and go pick up my order within 2 days.I feel like I got to know Chris quite well and would continue using this Fedex because of her customer service. I am sure I could shop around for a cheaper price on printing needs but when Im able to get what I need correct and quickly, its enough to keep me coming back.I was intimidated by the downtown location but it was easy to park and navigate. I recommend this solution to anyone.

Slowest service ever. Nine days and still waiting. They cant even deliver to their own office on time. Never again. Never use the pick up at store option. Better yet just use someone else. Even USPS is better, which is sad.

Though the first time I was here I was trying to mail something to someone deployed and they were baffled by the cryptic address and couldnt provide pricing, there is an employee there that works most weeknight evenings and he always goes out of his way. Once I left sunglasses on the counter and he ran out into the street to return them to me. The following time, I was returning internet equipment and apparently, it HAD to be shipped by a competitor for it to be free. He still walked me out and gave me turn by turn walking directions to the store. Thats good customer service. I never review anything but have to say this guy makes this FedEx. Thanks!

Ive found the staff at the Downtown FedEx Office to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, whether its a printing and binding job, or shipping trade show materials around the country. Great work - thank you!

Very nice staff! Kennerly (forgive me if I mispelled her name) was lovely, prompt, knowledgeable. I frequently use fedex for business and this was one of my best experiences. One employee, whose name I didnt get, even helped me load my packages. I wish every location was this fantastic.

There have been two occasions where I or family members have had horrible experience with customer service at this FedEx location. The first situation happened where my mother and I had gone in to print multiple copies of wedding invitations we had created. The man who was helping us first acted as if he could not help us to re-size and then print what we were needing to print. He was giving attitude and then all of a sudden realized he knew how to re-size and copy the product.The second situation, my husband had gone to have flyers printed and had the document in his e-mail. The person working had him get on a desktop where he had to pay for each minute he was on the internet. He asked for her to come and help him at one point and she told him he would have to wait a minute when she wasnt even helping anyone else in the store (note that he was having to pay by the minute). He logged off and waited for her to come and assist and when she finally came over he began to pay to get the program loaded again and she complained about having to wait and she said she would be back when the program started. He asked if she would be available once the internet got started so he wouldnt have to continue paying as he waited for her, she said we will have to see if Im busy or not... and the entire store was empty!

After calling 5 time this morning to verify my order, when I got someone on the phone he placed me on hold just to verify you received my order. I spent 27 minutes on hold then someone hang up on me.... ridiculous! How are you guys in business.This is not the first time this happens. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolute Worst Customer Service. I dont know why I keep going back, I guess because its close to my house. After ordering the same print job at least once a month(and having problems getting that done each time) they told me today that they dont have the capabilities to complete my order and that I must have picked them up from another location in the past...Seriously??? Done with that place!
