After visiting this store location (for the past two days in a row), I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge my sincerest appreciation for my overall experience. “Joe” and his staff, are beyond helpful, patient, and supportive! They knew how to assist me with my print orders, shipping needs, and even putting together packets for my presentation, all in a very timely manner. The store is clean, spacious, and very well organized. Given the professionalism of this store, I will certainly continue to use this store for my personal/business needs – as well as highly recommend my friends, family, and anyone who needs UPS services, to visit THIS LOCATION! I’m 100% confident, that Joe and his staff will take great care of you and your needs!!

Jackie is a model employee, who is patient, has a great attitude, and exhibits excellent customer service skills. Other than that I advise you go literally anywhere else; there’s about 3-4 other UPS stores in a 5 mile radius that average about 4-stars that will give you better customer service. There is a reason this UPS store can’t even get up to 3-stars.Two of the “5-star reviews” for this UPS store owned by Joseph Santora are by a Jeremiah Santora and another by an ex-employee, which is a conflict of interest under Google’s terms. If a store gets relatives and ex-employees to give their store a good review but still can’t get a good overall rating, meanwhile all the other UPS stores, that offer the same exact services, in a 5 mile radius are doing just fine. Then the issue lies with the store.I read the reviews before dropping off my package and went against my instincts, and I paid for it, literally. They lost my package, and I lost my money. Don’t make my mistake. Get better service elsewhere.

Joshua was one of kindest most thoughtful people I’ve ever met when at UPS. My experience was like no other and I was very pleased and grateful to have received such excellent service. He helped with my packages out of my car and tended to my service needs. 5/5. Thank you josh.

Went to UPS.com to ship a package. I weighed and measured the box exactly, chose 3 day shipping and and was quoted a price of $31. UPS.com was unable to complete the transaction however; technical issues. Later that day I took the package to the UPS store where I was quoted a price of $48 for the same 3 day shipping. When I asked why the big difference in price I was told the UPS.com price was just an estimate (no, it wasnt), and maybe it was because I didnt put complete address in at UPS.com (Yes, I did). So I took my package home, waited until the next day, completed the transaction for $31 at UPS.com and dropped the package off at a different UPS store. No problems. I can understand a small mark-up at a franchise store, but 55%??? Thats garbage! No one needs to be using this UPS store to send packages. Ill be happy to help them move their furniture out the day they go out of business. Garbage...

I walked into this store looking to print a paper if possible. Well the two guys continued to carry on their conversation as I walked up to the counter never greeted me. So I said Hi and the the tall blonde hair guy just stares me no Hi back, no hello, no how can I help you, nothing! Nothing from the other guy as well. So I say never mind and leave and on my way out I say thank you for not speaking to me. No one says anything. How rude and disrespectful!!! Very poor customer service! UPS screen your employees make sure they dont have other UNDERLINE ISSUES! THEY DONT BELONG IN A BUSINESS dealing with CUSTOMER SERVICE. It doesnt take much to be nice to people even when you dont feel like it, my God!

The previous resident of my home sent boxes to my house which the no longer live in the state. So I drove up to this store to see if they could return to the sender. They told me no they don’t return to sender you have to call the 1800 number to schedule a pick up I called another store and they told me all UPS stores do RTS. Have someone educate the employees

Wow! By the experience I had today at this store- I find it shocking that there would be any poor reviews. I dont typically post things like this, but these guys really know what they are doing..and they are all so happy! I also love the fact that the owner has four females hired in a male-dominated industry. Great team--including the one fella I noticed! Keep up the good work UPS Store!

My wife went to this location on the 26th of december to ship a package to Nancy France. She asked for the cheapest way to ship the package with no specific date needed. The clerk quoted my wife over $400 to ship the parcel.... she then asked again what the cheapest way to go and was told again $400, so she left and did not ship anything. After hearing about her experience I went myself this morning and to my surprise I was again quoted $400 to ship this package. I inquired 4 times about a better alternative to make it more cost effective. Over $400 was my answer every time.However, I already knew the cheapest and most affordable option was to send it USPS. Once I asked about shipping through USPS it was then divulged to me the price was $113............. $113. They tried to take advantage of my wife, then me to over charge almost quadruple the actual cost to ship my parcel. This is robbery. I am all in for profits but this is unacceptable.One Star review. At least she said $400 with a smile on her face and friendly service while trying to rob me blind.

I rented a mailbox but wasnt told until AFTER paying that Id have to wait a few days to get the key since they had to make a copy. Making matters even worse is the fact that when I did get the key I asked about the door code so I could have the 24 hour access and was then told that there isnt 24 hour access. The website directly connected to their location says 24 hour access and there are times when it isnt convenient for me to go during business hours. I shouldve been informed that there wasnt 24 hour access prior to paying; extremely poor business practice by not informing me of this! I even call this poor business ethics to fail to inform a PAYING customer prior to taking the money! If I could give less than one star I would!

BAD !!! BAD!! Stopped by this place today to get 4 copies and two laminates it took almost an hour because the guy was new and he continued printing our things wrong so at the end of it all we finally had what we asked for but when we was going to pay he also was charging us for all his mistakes which turned Bad! all we asked is if he could please not charge us for the ones he mis printed and we got an ugly attitude from him and the other young lady there as well I will never go to them again I’m headed to Office Depot now where they take very good care of there customers. Very Very disappointed I lived in Atlanta before and loved going to Ups

Went in here to find a couple of nice kids being micromanaged by a total jerk. I don’t know if this guy was the owner or the manager but he was yelling at one of the workers in the back while myself and two other people were waiting. He pissed me off cause he shut my damn shipment without putting the invoices in (which the employee that was helping me was going to do). He then blames the kid and yells at him saying he asked and the kid said nothing. I never heard this jerk ask the kid anything. Then his “regulars” come in and he treats them like gold and non repeat customers like me he ignores. Then he goes back and chats with another employee eating lunch. I am never going back, the guy micro managing those two employees is a prick, a kiss ass, and a jerk.

Very slow shipping speed, not recommended. My package arrived to the ups facility in my city on the seventh, it was supposed to arrive on the ninth and then it got delayed an additional 3 days. I could see if it was during a holiday or some type of storm but in this case its just slow service. Not recommended whatsoever, usps does better.

Called the store near closing time to inquire about a package that I received a notice for and had not gotten. Spoke to the manager said she was the owners niece and that she had sent the package back because we had not picked it up. The day prior when calling to check on the condition of the package we were told that it had not arrived and the app said that it was sitting at the store waiting for us to pick it up. That day I purposely called the store after business hours to leave a voicemail for the owner. The manager was not providing any help. My first phone call was at 7:15 p.m. when I assumed no one would be there, the manager I had dealt with before picked up the phone in the process of me leaving a message. She rudely told me that she was not going to help me and then hung up the phone. I tried to call back again, to try and leave a message 3 times after that first phone call on the fifth attempt she told me that she was going to call Jacksonville Sheriffs Office on me for harassment and i calmly tried explain to her that all I wanted to do was leave a voicemail with the owner. I recommend any UPS Store in Jacksonville to go to whether its out of the way or on the way do not waste your time or money with these people.

Either con artists, incompetent or using broken equipment. Take your pick but no matter which is true, youre getting ripped off to use this place. Let me explain.I went into the store to purchase 18 stamps to mail a stack of Christmas cards. The tall, dark haired young man asked me, Would be ok to run them through the machine? I said only if would cost the same as what Id pay for regular stamps. He assured me it would be. He puts one on his machine, turns back to me and says, Its going to take 2 stamps per card. FALSE!!I know because a couple days earlier, I had previously mailed one of the same cards at the counter in the Mayport Post Office as a test run to verify that it would only cost one stamp. The postal worker weighed it on her scale, put it through a trial slot to test it and said it was fine with weight and size with just one stamp. I told the UPS workers that I had done that and the manager got smart with me when I told them Id just take them to the post office and mail them with just one stamp. So I did. I took them to the Mayport Post Office, waited in line, again had it verified by a different postal worker that one stamp was fine and mailed them all out with one stamp each.What was the problem at the UPS store? The worker weighed my envelope, looked at a chart and said it required two stamps. Even if they try to claim it was innocent because their scale is off, which I doubt was the reason, then they are over charging every customer that comes through the door.As I walked out, another customer was fuming as he had just been told that he could not drop off his pre-approved return box and had to take it to the post office. That made absolutely no sense either since USPS picks up from there daily. As we were getting in our cars, we told a lady getting out of her van with an armful of boxes about our experience and she left to take them to the post office as well.Save yourself the markup, the rip off, and the attitude for using this place and go to the post office. The workers at the Mayport Post Office are very pleasant and happy to have your business.

Packing caused me to loose a sale and had to refund money. On top if the cost of the UPS people. Package was scratched and dented when it was received..
