Accountant Scott Shearer is a total rude jerk. He contacts me regarding renting a room (on an accountants salary no less) and starts by assuming I will keep him hanging when I tell him the room will likely be rented before his move in ready date in 2 weeks. Scott how bout you get your nose out of the books of numbers long enough for reality and when you dont know the reality of something like customary rental procedures you start with manners and not pessimism? AND I NOTICED THE VERITIV FB SITE HAS CLOSED ITS REVIEW CATEGORY! Likely from people like myself who got fed up at being mistreated!

Great Customer Service

Do not work with this company, I have completed multiple loads for them with no issues and as soon as they found 1 problem with one of my drivers they took us off their list and put us on a no haul without notifying us at all, we really relied on this broker and they just threw us under the dirt as if we are nothing.
