The most inefficient shipping company I have ever dealt with. The people here dont know how to smile. Youd think that such a big company would be having processes in place to better serve their customers. Think again!!!
Oh my goodness. What a miserable group of employees. I will drive miles to another FedEx before I go to this one again. I think Bruce made me the most uncomfortable as he threw packages, slammed things on his station, and grunted as he checked his watch and shook his head. The manager on duty was nowhere to be found. Truly an unbelievable experience.
I wont lie, i HATE FedEx as a company because theyve got one of the most inconvenient delivery behaviors ever.That said, this shop specifically has earned my respect, and the folks that work there are why. Im convinced they recruited these folks from an abbey because they could all be nominated for sainthood.They made my personal hell of an emergency their top priority and got me helped even when it was inconvenient. I cannot give a higher praise.

FedX has has on several occasions notified me of a delivery date only to continually change that date daily. Sometimes taking over a week before actually the delivery occurred. FedX in my opinion provides poor service, is incompetent andIt’s notification process at best is inaccurate and at worst is a down right lie.
Lost a 50 lb package never delivered worth $ 4000 of merchandise . Their reimburse will be $ 125. Always damaged packages. The most negligence and worst shipper I ever seen.

Tracy was so nice and helpful. I scheduled a pick up for a Package that was delayed from severe weather, and they scrambled to get it to me the same morning it got into jax it was already on the truck I canceled by trying to pick it up but she eventually got the driver notified to still drop it off at my house, and it was there before I got even got back from the fed ex.
I come to this place often to pick up my fed ex packages. Staff is always nice and pretty fast. Only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because one of the employees, same employee each time Im there, seems to think masks go on your mouth and not on your nose. But customers must cover their mouth and nose. 💁

Terrible customer service . Overnite priority package not left though I was home. 2nd attempt I sat at the front door w the door open waiting. Driver said they attempted delivery left door tag...no such thing happened, driver did not set foot on my property property at the time they said they did not return to make a second attempt at delivery as they indicated they would that same day.. I finally had to threaten to call the police and charge them with theft of my package if it didnt arrive by 12 noon the next day. Absolutely ridiculous! Would never recommend using them...

I get a notification that the delivery address is incorrect. I lived at this address for 2 years and I receive packages from all couriers on daily basis. They driver clearly was very confused and couldnt even bother to confirm what his little helpless computer told him.. very incompetent individuals.
The staff are nice. However I got an inexperienced clerk that gave me the wrong confirmation number. Ive sat here for 2 days waiting on pickup.

Friendly once you get to be served. Real issue is the sometimes long wait times due to people trying to ship non-FedEx items or trying to ship things without their account info or a pre-filled airbill. And its not even December...!

FedEx delivered a mini fridge to my home damaged. It looked like it had been dropped off the back of the truck, the box had punctures in it and the fridge itself was dented. I was told to print a return label and bring it to FedEx, who would ship it back to the manufacturer. When I went, they refused to take it without the box (which they had damaged in the first place) and suggested we buy a box to ship it in--for $25 dollars--and wed have to wait for this box to come from a different location. We went to the second location that supposedly has the box only to be told they didnt have that size box, but the first location should. The second store then suggested that we simply wrap the damaged box up in Seran wrap, like a mummy and bring it in for shipping.Realizing that we werent going to be able to get a ridiculously priced box that apparently only exists on paper, and not wanting to buy $15 with of plastic wrap to hold together a box that was damaged by them in the first place, we strapped it up with a ton of shipping tape. They accepted it that time--which is why they didnt get only 1 star. Top all this off with taking 25 minutes to drop off the package because the store was busy and they only had 1 person working--who another that it got that way everyday. What a frustrating company to deal with!

I am an elderly handicap woman and ordered dog food on line because I could not carry the heavy bags from the local grocery. Today when the very large, heavy box was delivered, the driver left it on the walkway in front of my steps instead of putting it on the front screened porch. I got to the door and hollered but he slowed down and then kept going. I know he heard me yelling for him to stop but they are on a deadline so I was left to try and get a neighbor to bring the box in before the rain started. I will inform the company that I will not order from them again as long as they use Fedex.

I was absolutely clueless when I got to this location to ship out something I had sold online - I never mail anything! The woman working was SO KIND and patient with me and truly went above and beyond to help me with my package!! 😄❤️

Fedex has been holding my mattress for 2 weeks. And no updates on the status. I wasted all day waiting for the promised delivery, and it never came. The driver might have needed the mattress more than me.

The Ground Service uses Office Centers, Kinkos, if Shipper has not blocked Man in the Middle Pickup; Only Air Mail Priority Uses this Truck Hub Location. Two completely separate businesses, call number on the shipping sticker and skip driving here. Also Place on Your Door, so NASCAR does not have to drive past your home again tomorrow.... Before some mysterious Purgatory Lay Over that the shipper does not want to happen.Ace Hardware Painters Tape + Permanent Marker!
I wouldnt use Fed Ex again if my life depended on it. I put my package in the drop box at 4pm like I have hundreds of times before. At 9:40pm - after they are closed I received a phone call stating that my package didn’t go out because their new policy is that if you use a credit card you must come in to have it swiped. No where on the air bill does it state this policy. I have sent packages this way sooo many times. So now I have to drive 20 miles to go get my package in the morning. I’m using over night mail! The post office has never let me down. If Fed Ex had called me when they picked my package up - right at the corner where I live I could have taken it to a Fed Ex location and swiped my card. Such poor customer care. You have lost my total respect and business
Sent old slot machine to Montana to be repaired. People at facility were friendly and helpful. But when machine was sent back to me, it was totally destroyed in transit. In such bad condition it is considered a total loss. Been waiting 3 weeks for claim to be assessed. The strangest part of this is, when they deliver the package, which requires a signature, I had to sign for it BEFORE I could take physical delivery of it. By the time I opened it and saw the condition of it FEDEX was long gone.

I have been trying to obtain my package for three days now. I apparently need to sign for it in order to receive it, but like most people, I have a job and cant take an entire day off work just to sit around and wait for FedEx to come by my house.My fiance signed the slip they left on our front door to release the package so they could just leave it in our mailbox (as it says is an option) and yet for the past two days, the delivery person has continually failed to do so. After it happened yesterday, I spoke with two different representatives (at least one of whom was probably corporate), and they both said they would have someone come by my house tonight AFTER 5:30 pm, when I will actually be home. But nope. Just like yesterday, the delivery guy ignored the instructions on file and tried to deliver at 2:30, and once again did not leave my package in the mailbox.Now, I either have to wait an extra hour and a half after I get off work to go collect it from this office or wait until Monday for them to try and fail to deliver it again (for some strange reason, Saturdays arent an option). I have never in my life had to jump through so many hoops to obtain something that is legally mine. Ive already submitted two complaints, and if I do not have my package by the end of the day today, there will be hell to pay.
I did have an issue with a priority delivery that had a delivery exception, but a frantic call to the 800# was able to resolve the issue. Our recipient did not receive the morning package, which tracking indicated was due to no one being there to receive it/or business was closed. However, there was no tag left on the premise. I called FedExs 800# and they were able to get in contact with dispatch, dispatch left a message with the driver, then dispatch called me back to notify me that a message was left. Then, happily, the package was delivered within the hour. I had little hope that action would be taken very quickly, but it seems that recovery systems were working for us today.
Waiting for over 5 minutes as the lone employee is in back looking for something for two other people in line. She was professional and very pleasant but needs help at the counter. I thought I was in the US Post office for a minute.

Mediocre customer service. The lady at the counter was more interested in telling me the reasons as to why I couldnt do what I needed to do rather than help me find a solution. Two different customers walked out within the span of 15 minutes because needs were not met and she didnt provide any options as to how they could be. Clerk wasnt rude, but also was not friendly or in the least bit helpful. I expect that kind of attitude at USPS, but not at FEDEX

I would give this Fedex facility a 0/5 if I could. The workers do not know their own policy. I asked them to hold my package so I can pick it up the following morning. I wasted my time going to the facility the following day because they said my package is on a truck to be delivered to my house. They are required to make one delivery attempt first before I can pick it up. So Im confused because two people verified that I can pick up my package myself. Thanks for making me waste my time and being late for my trip (sarcasm). I will never do business with FedEx ever again!

FedEx is the most unreliable shipping service. I was to receive a package on 1/13/17 and I still dont have it. The tracking shows it was recorded and received in the Jacksonville hub -wherever that is - however nobody knows where my package is. I have called three times just to be told we are waiting for an answer from the facility ... no information can be provided. They even suggested the label might have fell off. Okay, pretty much everyone knows that the only thing that you cant remove from a package is the label!! I asked for a manager and was refused. I would rate their customer service less than 1, if possible.
I made my way from Saint Augustine today, after visiting 2 Fedex stores with failed attempts to mail a package. I arrived at this location already frustrated, to experience ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service. I was walking into the store to ship a labtop/monitor and the associate behind the counter says “we can’t ship that here” you need to go to one of the other 2 Jax locations” so I asked where they were located and she says “ on Baymeadows, the same place it’s been for the last 20yrs” I was embarresed and humiliated. Your organization really needs to improve both its hiring and training process as this is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed in fedex today and have no plans on ever returning.

I like the location and most of the people at the front counter really try to get you in and out. However when one particular person is working it will ALWAYS be an hour or more. The absolute slowest service from a women sitting on a chair. Lousy. Ive asked the other staff how she keeps her job. Yep. THAT BAD!

I showed up to get my package because they left a note on my door saying to come get it. Show up, package is still on the truck and isnt at the location they told me to pick it up at. Im told to come back and get it after 5:00. So they wasted a portion of my time which is frustrating but understandable. Drivers have more places to go then my house, I get it. Not a huge issue there.However, my package was also supposed to be overnighted and at this point its already 36 hours late for no real reason at all. I wasnt given an apology and or an explanation as to why they decided to disregard the extra money I paid to have it shipped in a day. I was just met with a sour face and a disgruntled employee who had an attitude about as pleasant as stage three lung cancer. The woman who was staffing the front of the building at 3-4 that day was super rude, unhelpful, and clearly had better things to do then help her customers. Leaving here after briefly dealing with this person legitimately caused me to feel rage. If you dont want to deal with packages, my suggestion is to work somehwere else.I eventually make it back at 7:43 (they close at 7:45 for some reason) and they tell me theyre closed. Im obviously frustrated and about to get back to my car when one of the staff decided to let me in and get my package. Her name is Alicia and Ill say now I truly appreciate her unlocking the doors and letting me get my package. She didnt have to do that but she did and Im super grateful. She was also friendly, didnt seem to be bothered by my presence despite showing up right as they were closing and she was fast and courteous. Based on this one interaction I can say all the employees of FedEx should strive to be more like her. She made a bad situation tolerable and more pleasant so kudos to her and she deserves a raise in my opinion.Its just as shame that when I unboxed my TV there was a huge crack in it and massive damage on the side of the unit. I cant say for certain if it was this particular FedEx who handled my package in such a reckless and careless fashion but I can say since I picked it up from here I have no one else to blame but this establishment. I put in a complaint with corporate but just a heads up for anyone who has to use FedEx in the area, despite the one good employee at this place, this Ship Center is a joke and should be avoided like a west African village undergoing a major Ebola outbreak. Use UPS or even USPS because this place sucks and youll get treated like garbage if you show up at the wrong time.

The lady working there (there was only one person at the front desk) kept every single customer waited for around 10 minutes, by making up different excuses for each of the customers. I dont know whether she was handling two tasks at the same time, or just goofing off.
