This is far from a packaging supply store. It is Reynolds Distribution/Pactiv. Driveway to the right is the Pactiv location. Super nice people. Small drivers lounge with facilities and vending machines. Easy drop and hook.

Loaded 1 hr before appt .Walmart loads between 2-4 hours it says on the shipping door . Great guys there. All trucks that were there left pretty soon .

This is now Reynolds Consumer Products. It is an EXCELLENT company to work for. They actually make the safety of their employees the top priority and let production fall where it may. That is exceedingly rare these days. Its hard to find a job where the leadership actually cares about the employees.

Kelly services was amazing. Great people. I am really hoping to make a change in myself by working there and getting great experiences. I love factory work.

Zero stars! Arrived at 4pm for 6pm appointment for loading, it’s now 3am and they still didn’t finish loading. These people have no respect for drivers hours and this is certainly one of the places that will not see my trucks again!!!!

Slow loading 5 hours waiting

Appointment at 1700. Arrive 1615. In dock 17:45. Here until 03:30.Loaded here before with a 6 hour wait.They will allow you to drop your trailer and come back if you are low on hours, a work in, etc. For that I’ll give them an extra star.No overnight parking. Probably not so much as they wouldn’t allow it, there’s just no extra room anywhere.Cell data service horrible for Verizon.

This place is actually RJ Reynolds, showed up with a nearly fresh clock. Came in around 0830, its 1330 and theyre just now starting to load me. Ruined an entire day of possible work. Will charged them detention whether they like it or not.

I had an appointment for 9am. Got here half hour early at 8:30am. Backed into door 12 and ended up waiting 5 hours to get loaded. Nearly wasted my 14 hour clock at this place. Also when I got here, there were only 3 trucks(including me) waiting in the docl area. So they were not busy. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing is excellent or amazing like some comment says in this company.Im talking from my experience like a professional driver.Probably people from this company say that.Im third time in this company for pick up,and I will refuse all loads from this company. They will never see me again for here for pick up or delivery.My appointment for pick up was at 12pm.I was here few minutes before my appointment.My delivery appointment was for 17:30I have to drive 3 hours and 15 minutes to the destination.When you come here they give u paper where says loading is from 2 to 4 hours waithing.First two times loading was 4 hours and I late for delivery and also I cancel my next loads becouse poor woork in this company.Now I waithing in my truck.First they send me to door 13 in facility next to here,than I came back to office here,then they told me to park on door 20.I parked, put the flag in front of truck and waithing.If I late for delivery than there they will tell me,oh,you late, and I will wait few hours for delivery there nothing with my mistake.And than finally,when you ask for detention broker dont wanna pay becouse people here on pick up dont wanna write time in and time out.Everuthing is against the law and against truckers.Also brokers dont wanna accept time on ELD to see when I came on pick up or delivery,so ELD also is only for punishing the truck driver and noting to help.Im sick for driving truck!!!!Company like this one destroying trucking business.

Early for appt, 1hr 45 min before Im even touched. If you do.happen to be picking up for wal mart 2- 4 wait just fyi. I guess slow because short staff.

If you are unloading or loading from here, hopefully it is not your own trailer because they will damage it! The forklift driver Deon put a huge whole in my roof and did not say anything, like nothing happened. I could see the moon and the stars thru tge whole. After several hours a road service patched it and was able to come back for my pick up from the same place. Even worst, what a nightmare, from 3:30am to 12:30pm. And that is a normal procedure for pick up because they have to package the load, put together on a skid, label it and load it. I would say if you value your time and equipment stay away from this location and their location in Weeling,IL!

We had to wait quite a while to get unloaded.

I think I might be lucky, APPT15:00, I arrived at 14:30, loading starts at 15:10 and ends at 16:30. Please by APPT !

Ive been to this place a few times. Overall not bad I guess, kind of limited maneuvering room but Ive seen worse.

3 and a half hour load time. only truck there for 2 of those and I had an appointment.

2hours later they still havent even started loading me!!!! I hate this kind of bs man, wasting my time burning my clock that I could be driving making money! Instead Im sitting here burning prime driving hours. All of which dominos into fighting to find parking after 8pm or buying parking somewhere.

2 times app for 3 pm .first time finished loading 3 am 2nd time same.worst place i have never meet. 2230 never moreI do not recommend it to my worst enemy. In 2 times it has been the worst in years. They dont let you check in before the time of the app. Then they give you a quick start, so they dont start charging you until 8 or 10 hours later.
