I have been working with a few small businesses for my personal needs lately. I am amazed at how above and beyond Parc Packaging has gone for me. I actually wasnt going to write a review because my girlfriend works there so I knew people would think I was biased. I am telling you the extra time and care I see them put into not just me but all their customers is beyond anything Ive seen in company, and i know they also truly love and care for their employees. This is how a business should be run and Im just grateful I could be a part of their journey in any small way.

Worst experience ever dealt with any retail supplies company. 9/22 placed and order and provided CC info on site. They hold the order and request CC info again. 10/12 payment posts and I do not receive any follow up about the order. 11/1 I call them and ask where my order is and I provide proof of payment. I stress that I have a business that relies on bows. They had no idea my order never went out. They say they will track my order and make sure it goes out. 11/7 receive the first parts of the order only to receive half of the order. Call them and report shortages on 11/11 thinking maybe items just got delayed in transit. They say they will call me back, never do. Call again 11/14, person who handles shipping is not in, so they say theyll call back on 15th. Finally receive a call back and they say items are on backorder and they have no idea when they will be back in stock. Seriously? An absolute joke.
