Stopped at Jamestown Hardware to get keys cut. Stopped in at 9 am expecting them to be open. Finally decided to give them a call at 9:05 am to see if they were going to be open and the man that answered the phone told me that he needs to finish his breakfast before he can open the store. Dude you know what time your store is supposed to be open. Plan ahead or don’t eat breakfast. Simple as that. Worst customer service I have ever seen anybody give. Do not recommend.

I was just in there and the guy completely ignored me. Not even a hello. Worse customer service even than before. I didn’t think that was possible. I’ll NEVER be back!

I bought 8 cans of paint from here and got 2 different colors of grey. They tried to match the color 3 times and got different colors each time. I asked for another 16 cans of just one solid color (which was originally ordered) and told no due to the fact I should have had professional painters make sure the colors matched so they could resell the wrong colors to other customers. I now have a house with 5 different greys and down over $900. I have been verbally assaulted and called a moron for even accepting the first batch of paint by the owner Craig.

Very friendly and GREAT costumer service. Has bleach and other cleaning supplies, let’s you buy more than one. HIGHLY recommend.

Worker was knowledgeable about the item I needed, was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
