Im not sure their offerings in service and products differ much from other national home improvement stores. But they do offer most products and services needed for home and garden needs.

We went into Home Depot yesterday . All of the employees were friendly and helpful. We were looking at a tool box spoke to Savannah she was so helpful, informative, and friendly we ended up buying several items including the toolbox she made the transaction so easy and even recruited Andy to help us load it in our truck. Thank you Savannah you are a Great Asset to Home Depot team. We will be back for sure!

Clayton and Michael were both extremely helpful with solving a problem I have by going above and beyond in every aspect. You both offered a helping hand in finding a way to fix my motorcycle. Im deeply grateful.This is the single best Home Depot experience I have had.

We ordered a garage door almost 3 months ago with the promise that it would take about 8 weeks, now theyre saying itll be another 2 months. I havent been able to get any of my questions answered about purchasing appliances or flooring. I dont even want those things installed, I simply want to purchase some laminate flooring. Some associates are super helpful and some would rather you not speak to them. Basically, youre on your own in here.

Becca in the Nursery is extremely unprofessional and rude. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she so blatantly hates her job. We bought 75 bags of premium mulch on two separate occasions, which required a fork lift and, unfortunately, her unpleasant assistance. She fought us on bulk pricing the second time, telling me “I doubt you got 20% off last time.” And went around ripping down signs rudely when she found out she was wrong about the bulk pricing deal. Next year we will gladly go somewhere else for our bulk mulching needs rather than deal with such rude service personnel.

My experience at Home Depot today was great! There were plenty of employees readily available to ask questions. I interacted with 3 separate, on the floor employees with questions and seeking advice. All 3 employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The first employee spent a significant amount of time with me and helped me in my decision making greatly. The 2nd employee instead of telling me where to go physically guided me there and stayed to assist. The 3rd employee approached me offering help, which I needed, and allowed me to complete a decision. All of them gave me their undivided attention. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received today and was able to purchase everything I wanted and more. Home Depot is a great place to shop for numerous needs I have pertaining to my home, gardening, projects and so much more. It is my number 1 choice in stores of this sort.

Staff were very helpful with helping me find the plumbing adapters I needed. I also love the easy self checkout without all the cumbersome scales. Just scan and go!

They always have some one that helps you out for what your looking for. I went to buy a pressure washer. A worker approached me and asked if i need any help. I told him i would like to know warranty policies and customer comments on product. He explained all details on each product. Very helpful into help me pick out the best one for my needs. I bought a Simpson 2800psi pressure washer. They had me drive around back to a storage building and they loaded it. Im very pleased with whole buying experience

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Paid for a dishwasher and install back in April its now July and still dont have a dishwasher installed. We were expecting a bit of a wait because it was on back order. We have now had to schedule people to come out and install it 4 times so far solely due to the poor operation of home depot. The first time they came out looked at our kitchen for 2 MIN. and said they need to reschedule with a plumber because there is a cabinet in between the dishwasher and sink. They could of asked before but didnt. Then they sent the plumber out a few days later, but the new dishwasher was broke beyond repair. 3rd time they bring the new dishwasher but since home depot has poor internal communication they sent the installers again and not the plumber so we have now scheduled a 4th time for someone to come out almost a month after the first one. They have not offered any discount. I have had to take off work, change my schedule and even come home early from vacation just to still have nothing done. STAY FAR AWAY.

Delivery never showed up after our 14 hour window. Called that night, they assured me that it would be here next day. 6 hours into that delivery window they called and said they couldnt deliver until 2 days later because of how late the call was to change the delivery date. Apparently getting my order to me was not priority in any way and they couldnt be bothered to let me know it wasnt coming in the first place.

Very helpful staff.As opposed to cutting, a new custom set of window shades, the employee recommended an alternative solution. It resulted in a lower cost, better than expected results, and same day results!Best part about Home Depot (which Im shocked they havent exaggerated about, in commercials), is, one doesnt need to wait for savings, 3 months later! Sale price is what you save at the register, not some, in-store rebate.My last, non-Home Depot rebate, of $300, disappeared in the mail. Last time I shop there.

Called to check availability of a limited stock item and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. On the plus side, lumber quality is much better than what the other big box store in Janesville has to offer.

Horrible service with trying to schedule our kitchen remodel. After 2 weeks of misinformation and delays, we canceled.

I went to 5 other stores looking for a 144 curtain rod, NO ONE had them on their shelves and if they did it was 1 type only. Sorry for being my last resort this time, but thank you for showing me from now on, youll be my first.

Make sure you know what youre going to buy, keep your phone out and do your internet searches, because no employees are around to help you.Even if you are able to find one, they know very little about the stores products.

Daughter needed a new washing machine. Love that Home Depot offers hook-up and carry away. Delivery is easy to schedule and not a long wait.

The garden center is more than stocked with a variety of healthy plants. Prices not bad...

Had everything I was looking for both for my household items as well as vehicle items I had needed to purchase as well that day.I was surprised at the wide variety of things they had in there store with prices rather reasonable instead of blown up to continue to suck every red cent and every dead dime and dollar from me. I will go back there again.

Staff was very helpful at checkout, wide variety of vegetable seedlings to choose from, all looked to be in good condition

The shopping experience was very pleasant due to terrific guy named Earl. If all employees were as helpful as Earl was I am sure it would have a good effect on business. They owe Earl a commendation or a raise or both. I think if a business owner crosses paths with this employee they will surely hire him away. Thanks Earl for your help with a seemingly mundane purchase of a toilet and loading it for us.

I usually do not shop at Home Depot we have different views at the corporate level but every now and then Im compelled to Grace their doors. I must say I was impressed with the employees who greeted me cheerfully, helped me immensely, easy to find and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Making it a pleasant shopping experience. Crudos to management and staff!

Had to find my own lumber cart and wound up having to get one from the parking lot. Had to load my own plywood..no help around after looking for 10 minutes. DERRICK the fellow who cut my wood was really helpful, he was super helpful. His phone was going off every 30 seconds. Ive dealt with DERRICK before and he really exemplifies what a Home Depot employee should be, so was the service desk/item return person who had to clean up the cashiers mess,, as she overcharged me by 35 dollars. The lead cashier right there in the area at the checkout area couldnt help me with the overcharge and told me that I had to go to the other end of the store with my payload and see someone at the service desk by the entrance for help to get it resolved.The place needs better management and some more helpful knowledgeable employees.

Absolutely do not order cabinets from HD... They contract out (obviously), and when the cabinets show up at your house chipped, missing pieces, and the wrong size (not to the print, and not to the measurements that their contractor measured), their response is.... I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU. BBB has been notified

After asking for help in plumbing to have a piece of pipe cut, we stood by the pipe cutting machine for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us. We saw a lot of employees walk by but no one stopped to help or at least ask if we needed help. Very disappointed that we left our cart and left the store. Need better way to assist customers.
