Would prefer to leave no stars. Took my Mercedes-Benz in because sunroof would not go down once it slid to close. Paid for 3 hrs of work. My roof was shut, all the brackets were in a bag in the trunk along with the many pieces that were broken off.. My roof was taped down with orange tape. I now have an offer to have my sunroof sealed shut free of charge. Guess he cant fix that. So much for shopping local
