The store is starting to look very run down and staff has slowly been more and more unprofessional. I will say theyre very eager to help which is nice. They also rent out tools which is nice and I highly recommend the rewards program if youre a repeat customer. It certainly saves money.

Needed a new battery for my van. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and took the time to swap out the old one, which took much longer than I expected. Service was great and I was helped immediately.

Had to borrow the service decoder, that goes far to tell you my experience with diagnostic tools for my car. Anyway, I was instructed what to do and quickly, the staff read the code an DC informed me it was a gas cap issue. I was back on the road within minutes! Very satisfied customer!

I noticed a headlight out in my vehicleI called AutoZone and the part was in stock. Only problem is I have a 20 min lunch at 8pm. These amazing gentlemen had the part ready and went immediately to work. Im back to work with 5 mins left on break and functioning headlights.The service was amazing and Santa will be visiting these gentlemen soon.😁

Right this second, this stores general manager is changing the battery on our car. He has been kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. This is the kind of customer service we always get at this store and its why we come back even if we just need air fresheners. Every member of this staff is incredible, and I am grateful for them! The parking is good, handicap parking is good and the handicap accessibility was also good...The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, they will hook your car up for a diagnostics test give you the results and also price what you may need and order it if necessary. The place is very clean and the prices are not bad.

Went in to get my battery and alternator tested, told me indefinitely my battery was the cause and was bad. Bought a new battery. Two days later battery dies due to bad alternator, thanks for failing to disgnose the issue properly and cost me more money then needed.

Knowledgeable clerk got on his knees and back, found and replaced my prius fuses for me quickly.
