I was traveling across the country with my son and was 850 miles from home when my timing belt and water pump went in my 2011 Honda Pilot. Dale and the entire advisor team understood my predicament and quickly got me in the garage where mechanic Paul Bosak did an amazing job getting me back on the road in record time. Can’t thank these guys enough for their concern and professionalism. Five stars is not enough.

Very flexible and easy to work with. They keep you informed on any maintenance that may need to be done. I feel that they are honest and dont suggest unnecessary work to be able to charge more money. They always take very good care of my vehicle and I leave feeling safe. Prices are reasonable. You can also take out a Firestone card which allows for a discount and can be paid off in small increments if needed.

Firestone always takes super great care of me! Been going there for years and so has my family. Everyone there is very friendly and knows us by name which makes you feel welcomed. They are always honest and give good quotes. I recently brought my car in and it unfortunately has an issue they wont work on but they were upfront and honest about it. They are great for oil changes and tires and tire rotation.

They got me in for immediate service, were helpful and friendly.

Brought my fleet van in for an appointment for an oil change and a two tire replacement. 10am appointment and I dropped of the van the night before. Told them I needed the van the following day by 3pm. At 1pm I call and they tell me it will be ready. Show up a half hour early and no tires are put on and they racked up a quote that entails 7 hours of labor. Told me they were waiting on enterprise approval. Come to find out from enterprise they had just asked for approval at 2pm. Very dishonest. Can’t be honest over the phone having a normal conversation let alone servicing your vehicle. Today at Ford, a day later, I was given an oil change and two tires with no additional service work needed. The overall dishonesty lost them $500. You’re an embarrassing establishment Firestone.

Pressuring and insulting staff that failed to do even the simplest of things as they parked my car on the street for pick up like LOCK IT. Coming back to find my car sitting on a street is bad enough but failing to lock it is above and beyond bad. The only reason they got 2 stars from me is because the work that was done appears to be done OK at this point.

Shop was very busy, it was obvious. I was told they were working as fast as they could, but it might be a few hours, as it takes time. I was waiting while I got new tires. I was out of there in just under two hours. These guys hustle and do it right.

Dont know yet. Its been 2.5 hours since my scheduled appt. time to get tires on....and I....just....dont...know. Maybe they are being required to book more work than they can reasonably accommodate. - maybe its a quota issue?it was an hour and a half after appt time before they took my car in. 2.5 to 3 hours for completion. Appt was booked at least a week in advance.

Have been having trouble with my rear brakes and had to go back a few times to attempt to diagnose and fix the issue. They have gone above and beyond every time and have been amazing to work with. So kind and understanding. They do a great job and they stand by their work. Have had amazingly pleasant interactions with everyone I have talked to when I have gone in or called. Situation has been frustrating but the care and service have been amazing.

Customer service here is by far the best I have ever had. All the guys are extremely professional, helpful and always do a great job on my car.I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the Janesville/Beloit area.

We had a blow out. They were quick to get us back on the road, with the right size tires in stock. Price was ok. People were terrific!

Last time I brought my car to this location for a fluid change, they broke my radiator and turned a simple job into hundreds of dollars. They claimed old age was responsible, and made me cover all the costs.Friendly employees, and good tires.But be careful.

So, I gotta say, Firestone is a good place to have work done. They are perhaps a little bit more expensive than other places, but the work reflects the price. Dale, the store manager, will almost always take care of the customer. We have had a mixed history, but I keep coming back, so that should say something. Keep up the good work boys!

The team here at this location is just beyond amazing!! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Having work done on your car is stressful and annoying at best, routine car maintenance and repair isn’t cheap. However, having a place like this to come to definitely helps ease some of that financial pain! Dale and Dustin were simply superb in their interactions with customers and you could tell they really enjoy doing what they do. Friendly and concerned whilst still being professional. My family and I were on our way home to IL when my car broke down in Janesville on Saturday. They were wonderful and fit us in to look at the car even though they were close to closing. They were not able to fix the issue until Monday as a part has to be ordered, but they went above and beyond and contacted a local rental car company that just happened to be closed for the day and got us a rental car to get home. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks again Dale and team, we appreciate everything!

These guys are the best!! Had a blown tire on my 40 goose neck trailer; took it to Discount tire and was told they would not put my spare on for my driver in -21°weather. Had my driver take the trailer to this Location and they not only helped him get back on the road but they did it in the same -21° weather the other guys were afraid of.

Jared and his co-workers were great. They had my rig in and out in less than an hour with new tires. I appreciate the no bs upfront attitude. I will also add, my tires are 37x13.50r20 which a lot of shops are not capable of installing. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Each and every time I need work done on my car, these guys are always my go to. Not only do they always go above and beyond what they are asked but they also try to get you the best prices. I enjoy waiting for my car to be done just to hear how helpful and courteous their workers are. Anyone who runs a business knows not everything gets done on time, or there could be problems delaying the mechanics. I hardly ever have this happen, and most times, Im notified my car is done early. Dale and the guys are great! I have a hectic schedule and they always make sure I am able to get in for oil changes. If I have a small problem, I know I can stop in and they will do their best to help. Mechanics are knowledgeable and courteous.

They were awful and so very rude. I had hit a pothole my tire belt broke could not drive on ot. I understood they were busy but you do not have to be that rude. I left and went to Discount Tire they gave me a used tire plus rotated and balanced it sent me on my way. I will ever do busy at this store even if they were the last place.

They were nice and got me taken care of in short order.

Recently decided to take my car in as I thought I had a problem with my heat. Turns out I didn’t. My mistake. Had the fluids checked and was sent away with a clean bill of health and no bill!! Thank you Firestone!!! Best experience with an automotive shop ever! Highly recommend.

Horrible experience.. first time going for an oil change for my subaru sti. guy forgets to put the right amount of oil, the dip stick barely touched the low level and on top of that the oil draining screw wasnt even tighten so oil that they put was spilling everywhere while i was driving. I would not recommend.. unprofessional... they dont know what theyre doing... i wont be coming back... careful if you get service done there... they dont know what they’re doing...

They helped me out of a bad situation

Everyone there was happy, attentive, and kind. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. They didnt try to push anything on me. I was towed to this facility after experiencing a shredded tire on the way from Brodhead to Janesville. After they assured me that they would have me back on the road within an hour, I asked if they would replace all 4 tires. I asked for tires that were great in the snow and mud. Dustin recommended tires that were inexpensive and he, himself used and had faith in, due to having them on his own vehicle. They let me stay as long as needed to get a ride home. The next day, techs found the upper ball joints to be loose and in bad shape. They recommended replacing them since they would not be able to align the vehicle without good ones. Knowing that no new ball joints would result in trashing brand new tires, I asked for them to take care of the ball joints. They had the vehicle done by Noon and ready to pick up. Different guys were there in the day, when I arrived to take ownership of the vehicle, who were just as friendly and respectful as the guys from the previous night. They vehicle drives great now! Much thanks to these professional people!!

My husband and I were stranded this past weekend due to brake lines going bad. We live three hours from here and needed to get home. The customer service we received from Charlie was excellent, as well as the mechanic - dont know his name - fixed our truck and had us on the road on Sunday! Cant say how much we appreciated your care & excellent service!!

Scheduled appointment night before. Called the next day to confirm. Get pushed aside and told cant do it today. Like I know a coolant exchange really doesnt take all that time. So one star review you get whats the point of scheduling appointment time if you cant keep it.

Great service. When there have been issues Jared tried to make them better. Though they are pricier than some they are reliable.

Paul is the best mechanic and Dale is so hot and their tire packages all come in sets of four without re-tread glue but its not Dales fault.

Maybe instead of rudely cutting me off when I said I already had the parts(wanted to fix myself but too involved of a job) saying three times fast I cant work on your parts and hanging up, you could be professional and give more information to your potential customer about why you cant use them.

Terrible!! They set an appointment to balance the tires on my truck and when I got there they told me that they couldnt do it! They claim that they couldnt put it on their lift and that they didnt have a Jack that could lift it! A 3 1/2 ton jack lifts my truck. This was my first and last visit to firestone. They will never get my business or that of any one I know. I would give negative stars if I could.

I noticed my car was screeching so I brought it to Firestone to have them look at the brakes. We were told that everything was fine and the brakes were still good. I went on my way but the noise still remained. I brought it back a couple months later for an oil change and asked about the brakes again, to which they gave me the same response. A couple months later a friend noticed the sound and looked at them for me. He told me the brakes needed to be replaced ASAP. When we did they were so bad that I needed to replace my caliper. When I called Firestone the next day all we got was a it sucks to be you speech. I did not want anything from them just to let them know that they were giving me wrong information but they didnt seem to care. If you feel that something is wrong with your car and they say everything is okay I would recommend getting a second opinion.

I had my tires rotated. The following Sunday I was driving on the interstate to take my family and I to the movies. My tires were bumping and making noises and my car was shaking. So I turned around and drove back slowly. I called my brother and he came down from his home and noticed that my wheels in the front were so loose that had I driven further with my car they would of came off. I was so upset that I took a few days to call Firestone to calm down. When I told him what happened he said he was sorry and asked what he could do for me. I told him that I needed an alignment but I was scared to get one. He only offered it to me at half off for 50 dollars and said he would make sure it would be double checked. An alignment is not 100 dollars reg . price. So that is not half off. We agreed to 40 dollars in which I thought it should of been free. I just want people to be aware so this does not happen to any one else. This is so dangerous .

Had new tires put on a Honda Fit. When I picked up car, they admitted they broke a TPMS sensor and that they replaced it. TPMS light came on and took it to my Honda dealer. They let me know there was no sensor replaced, but rather they just filled it with a rubber stem. Will never go back and going to contact Firestone customer service
