Price of tires great price. Got 4 tires and alignment took over 3 including the amount of time I took it back because the alignment isnt right. Taking it back tomorrow to get the alignment fixed again. Would not recommend getting alignment here. The gentleman I dealt with was nice. The lady on the phone seemed very short and kinda rude.

Great service! I bought Mavis tires, and in my opinion, I feel really safe driving in the winter time. Ive always bought Continental, but Mavis tires are much more superior for driving. The cost of the tires are very reasonable. The place needs some sprucing up, but Im buying tires so, I am not concerned about the decor. They have my business.

Had a screw in my tire and another hour to drive so gave them a call and they said they could fix it pretty quick. So I stopped in and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Staff was super friendly as well which is a huge plus

These employees saved me not once but twice today! Had tire problem unfortunately that was not repairable. They put my spare on so I can get to car dearer tomorrow as my tires are under warranty. I got home and the spare appeared to be going flat too. Went back and they reassured me it’s the sensor that’s not in the spare. Austin checked all tire pressure and adjusted all to same psi. This guy knows his tires. He was so smart about how sensors work and gave me the run Down on psi and set me straight!I’m so impressed by the call center checking me in on my way to the front desk lady who was so very helpful and knowledgeable ! I will forever give my business to them if needed in future when I’m in area! Thanks you all so much. Btw I never give reviews but they do deserve it! Good job Mavis!

I was in need of front end work done on my 02 Dodge Ram and the guys at Mavis showed me exactly what my problems were and what needed to be done to save my front end and new tires. Brian worked out the best case scenario for my repairs and kept the billing affordable for me to beable to get my truck fixed right. I went ahead and let Mavis do the repairs. I am very happy and satisfied with my decisions to have the work done. I will recommend Mavis tire and brake to my friends and family for their car repairs. Brian was friendly,informative and fair making me feel comfortable with my decisions.

Brian is that guy. Pricing is inconsistent. The last 3 times I have been in for an oil change on the same vehicle with my oil and filter it has been 3 different prices. $14, $21, $28. When I asked Brian why it had changed so much his answer was I gave you $10 off. Thats not an answer. The mechanics in the back were fast and Austin did a great job. The front of the store was dirty and the bathroom looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. I will be back I guess. Hoping the price doesnt change again...

They were ok, I had an exhaust problem that they admitted they dont do welding to it but said if they did it they would replace the converter even though it was fine. Once they realized I wasnt going to get anything done there he got kind of rude and pretty much shoved me out the door. Oh also he said if i found a shop that would weld it the car would not be as quiet as it was before it broke. Id have to replace the converter to get it that quiet. After having MexMuffler weld the pipe and replace the flange it is very quiet! I cant stand places that try to get you to do work that you dont need! Greed lost you a customer for life. Not worth it. Again not saying this because he said he couldnt do it, Im saying it because he claimed if I got it welded it wouldnt be quiet again and that was a lie.

Had a noise on my rear brakes they looked at them told me they needed adjustment so got adjustment and no more noise . Happy with work done nice staff and fast. MAVIS TIRES AND Brakes bought out National Tire and Brakes.

Brought my car in with a flat, figured Id be paying $100+ for a new tire, or at least, hopefully, just a patch. Turns out The tow truck had just knocked the bead off the rim and there was no damage to the (relatively new) tire. They reseated it, tested it out. Final cost? Not a thing.Absolutely nothing to complain about. Devon, on the phone and at the desk was great. Everything was quick and easy (especially considering there was no profit for them, for the visit). My deep appreciation to Devon and the crew. If the need arises, I would definitely come back to them without a thought. Thanks!

Im very disappointed. I went in today because I was told by the guy who changed my oil, at a different place, that there was a piece of metal in the tread of my tire. So I took my car here to see if they could just take the metal out and patch it. They said sure and were kind about it... so after waiting 30 to 45 minutes in the lobby the guy came out and told me that I need 4 new tires on my car because 3 of the 4 were on their way to being bald and the 4th one, the one with the metal in it, was completely bald. They then started pushing tires on me saying that with rebate I can a $100 off my purchase. I told them I couldnt afford it today and then they told me I could get one of their credit cards to pay for it and just pay it off in the next 6 months before the interest hit, which they did inform me was high. I thanked them but ask if they could just patch the tire for the day and I will look into tire situation with my husband. Then another guy, that I wasnt talking to, came up and said my tire was way to bald to patch right after the guy I was talking to said it could be. I thanked them and left. I then pulled over in another parking lot and walked around my car to check the tires and noticed none of them were bald or on their way to balding, which I do happen to know what it looks like. I then contact the person I bought the car from and found out they just replace the tires last year. I hate that I went in there for a simple patch and instead was tried to be convinced I needed new tires right away.

I had four new tires put on at the Mavis in Beloit. I had to return within hours because of a damaged tire sensor monitor and their failure to recalibrate the pressure monitoring system. They did replace the sensor. The next day while traveling on the interstate, my tire pressure warning light when on again. This time I went to the Janesville location where they discovered that that yet again that the Beloit shop failed to recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system. The technician was visibly upset that they would have done this and apologized on behalf of the company. I have been unhappy with the service in Beloit previously after an oil change when they failed to reset the oil change monitoring system. I will be using the Janesville location instead. They seem to care about finishing the job properly.

Was on my way through Janesville for a meeting and pothole put a hole in the sidewall of my tire. Was able to limp over to this shop with the hopes of still making my meeting 2 hrs away. They were able to get me in, replace the tire with a new one and get me on my way faster than I could have imagined. Glad I was at the right place, right time in this emergency!

Update these people have really made me 😠. Now they bent my rim and caused a new tire that they put on to leave right after they did it... Brian so rude he has oil all in my car and just dont care. To whoever responding to this I have filed 2 complaints and been told Jason dont work in the weekend and will call me! I watched 2 customers complain yesterday about them not doing a good job!Im very disappointed with this place every since Devon left I have not received the best customer service or service!

Went in with brake light on. They replaced pads, rotors, and calipers. Brake light still coming on and now I suddenly have a huge power steering leak and check engine light just in a few days since I was there. I went back there and the mechanic for some reason was getting attitude with me because I wouldnt come under the car with him to look. Im fairly certain their insurance would agree that an old lady doesnt belong underneath the car. On top of all of this, no one was wearing masks that worked there. For my own comfort I had to sit outside in the cold for an hour and a half. Management was supposed to call me about this issue and they left me a msg but wont answer when I call back and his voicemail is not set up? I have frequented this shop when it was NTB and never had bad service like this. So I just spent almost 700 dollars to have no improvement at all.

Made an appointment for my husband to get new tires. He got there and they waited almost an hour to tell him that the tires he was quoted for were not in stock. I understand that inventory can be off but they should have had these pulled ahead and ready to go since his appointment was made the day before.

Potential THEFT. There was money in my vehicle when I brought my car in and it was gone when I got it back. Attempted to contact a manager or regional manager 5 times and never heard anything back. Then it was implied that it was my fault for leaving my money in the vehicle by a tech on the phone. This situation was approached horribly. Despite that, JJ and Devon gave great customer service. I’m disappointed I couldn’t give a better review and that there was no action taken to recover my belongings.

As a woman I am very cautious when I go to get work done on my car. No one likes paying for things they dont need. Typically I would not have gone to NTB for my brakes but I needed a plug in my tire so I stopped in for that. I decided to have them take a look at my brakes which had been squeaking. I already had a good idea of what needed to be done on my car but I let them give me their assessment without any of my information. Pleasantly, they returned to me with the exact problems that I expected. The quote they offered me was not overpriced for any one thing. Their prices were very competitive. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. In fact, at one point one of the employees noticed that I needed a plug for my phone cord to charge. He found one and offered it to me to use without me saying a word. That is a sign of a customer focused establishment. The communication went very well, I felt very informed, and ultimately was very satisfied with my experience. They were going to replace my serpentine belt but ended up calling me to tell me that if they replaced it, it would get ruined right away. At that point they gave me the option of fixing that problem or just putting the old belt back on. This increased my confidence that they were trustworthy, because they could have replaced it and said nothing just to make a couple extra bucks. They took the time to show me the issues on my car and had a very friendly attitude about me requesting that. I would definitely return there for additional work.

Devonn was outstanding. So much so that my fiancé had come in to get an alignment and insisted that I bring my tires to him. I returned the same evening to have my tires mounted and balanced. We will now be returning for any future needs. Truly an amazing customer service representative but an even better human!
