Ive been a member for over 10 years and up until this point, not many complaints. But now that I cant connect my BT or WiFi even at home, their telling me its my phone.How many people are having the same problem, along with dropped data, phone calls and not sending/ receiving messages?Its not my phone, its your service thats causing this problem.

I went to US Cell this morning and was refused service help to set up Auto pay. They told me to go home and set it up myself online. I went to AT&T they helped me set up auto pay for US cellular!!!! I guess i know where the next phone will be purchased!

We use their Orbi internet device and it is frequently and Unpredictably slow. We pay $150 per month for 150 gigs of data, and frequently we have instances in which the Internet crawls to a standstill. customer service has been contacted multiple times and we have found no solution to the issue. Usually when my wife and I went to unwind and watch something together at the end of the day, we end up spending an hour on the phone with US cellular. See the photo below of the speed test from tonight. Can’t wait to switch to Starlink.

Anyone with US Cellular or thinking of switching to US Cellular should work with Traci Carroll. She is a game changer and you can tell she is a master at what she does. She takes her time and makes you feel like you matter, something the other reps do not do. Also she has a great sense of humor and who doesn’t want to laugh. But on a serious note Traci deserves to be recognized for the outstanding work she does. If you go in the store ask for Traci and if you have to wait, I promise it will be worth it.

Do not trust the staff to be fair and honest. I just switched, and bought a an Asurion device protection plan. I was explicitly told by my sales representative my device was covered for screen replacements for a 30 dollar deductible. This as i found out is plain and simply a lie. Do not trust the staff at this location. Their manager finds it acceptable the lie to a customers face to make a sale

Jake Overby and all Janesville US Cellular employees have worked endless hours over many visits to try to rectify my dropped calls issue with my I-phone 8S to no avail. Jake recently spent over 2 hours working on my phone and calling tech support twice to try new ways to fix the issue. We finally decided that this phone just wasn’t meant to be mine and we worked on plan B. Then Jake was aware of a very nice promotion to get a grand discount on a new I-phone 11 at a very reasonable cost. He made another call the get the “targeted offer” on one of my 5 phones transferred to my phone so I can get the great price. Thank you Jake! He then called again and got the same offer on 3 of my other phones so my kids can upgrade to a nice new I-phone 11 also. I have been with US Cellular since my first “bag phone” when I was in high school. I am very grateful for all the hard work and dedication Jake put into making another satisfied customer. I just had the best experience ever at us cellular!. Its friday night!. Was greeted when I walked in. Then Christopher Craft scooped me right up. Im am elderly grandma who has been experiencing a beep and vibrate sound in my phone. Christopher discerned everything I ever wished for my phone. He found 4 aol opened, and then miraculously got rid of every unused apps, putting what he heard I used in one page. He is brilliant

This store is amazing! Every time I go in there I am greeted. Then I sit down with one of the consultants and they help me with what ever the issue Im having right away. They even show me how to work something on my phone and give me spacific direction. Then they walk me to the door and hold the door open as I walk out. I absolutely love this store. I feel like Im family when I walk in.

He explained everything very clearly to make sure I knew exactly how much I was gonna pay each month and why and just all the little details that I wanted to know I would definitely recommend anyone to make an appointment with him :) :) I will probably make all of my transactions with US cellular with him

He took the time to work with me for well over an hour making sure all my questions were answered before I left. I was there forever and because another girl that came in after I did. That didnt didnt have an appointment when she walked in since the employee that she knew said if it takes too long call me and Ill get you an appointment got seen got seen before I did. So I guess if u know people at this store u can get in right away and not have to wait for ur trun. There is no way I should still be waiting after 3 and half hours and it is like i am not getting anywhere. Not a way to treat a customer at all. So sick of waiting.

I went to the Janesville store on Wednesday and wasnt to pleased with my experience. When I first walked in there were only 3 other customers in the store yet none of the employees acknowledged me. I had to ask for help as the employees were to busy with their own conversations to say anything to me. Once I finally got help and was told the guy I normally work with was on lunch I decided to let someone else help me. She did what I asked but when she needed help the associate she asked for help couldnt put her phone down to help. It seemed like the game she was playing was more important. I also had to remind the girl helping me multiple times about what I needed done and checked on my account. I was not overall impressed with the service I received and from now on I will call to make sure the guy who normally helps me is there before I step foot back in the store.

I got 4 new phones and wanted them to disconnect the tablet. I was told it was done. A month and a half later I notice the tablet was still on my bill. I called the store and they stated I have to call the 800 number and the store isnt able to do it. It would be nice to know that before Im out $50.00.
