LOVE the staff here!! They are always so helpful, no matter what kind of complications arise from insurance, etc. From the cashiers to the pharmacists, I can see how hard they work, yet they are never impatient with me. Very kind and thoughtful customer service.

Refused to honor good rx pricing even when I showed them the price quoted by Walmart

Its a pharmacy... the staff were friendly.

I went to pick up a refill and there is a lady I believe her name is Soulia, I’m not sure, but she is very rude. Doesn’t greet you. Instead of asking, “how can I help you” politely she says, “can I help you” with an attitude. And then just asks “name”, which isn’t very specific. So, I gave her my first name. And she replied “well I need your last name too” with an attitude. She needs to reevaluate what customer service is. I realized she didn’t have her name tag on while she was assisting me. But she had it on when I came back after my 20 minutes of waiting for them to refill my prescription. Tried to see what her name was. It was hard to see. But she’s a shorter African American woman.

Kyle in Phones dept. in Janesville, WI exceptional. Spent time helping me on kiosk from start to finish to be sure nothing went wrong. I havent seen service like that in a long time anywhere.

There is a small African American female in pharmacy that is VERY rude. She doesnt say hello just yells name! Date if birth! I refuse to be served by her in the future. This Walmart is the worst anyway, but she takes the cake.

I have had nothing but problems, this is just the most recent. They called on 3/21 and verified a script while I was standing there and everything was okd by my doctor. I did have it filled a little less then a month in advance. So I asked them to keep it on file and they said yes. So I called close to my refill date 4/14 and talked to one of the managers over there and he said yes it can be filled on Sunday 4/17 first thing in the morning. I then asked if I had to call or anything before coming in to get it and he said nope just come in. I needed it filled by 4/18 At 6pm because I was going out of town for 8days. I went to get it around 1015am 4/17, and was told nope u cant fill till the 20th because it wasnt supposed to be filled until the 30 days was up For the past year of using medication and having it filled at Janesville, Walmart I have always been able to get it filled 2-3 days prior. So now Im stuck with no medication while on vacation and it is medicine I take daily. So once I get this script filled I will never go back and will not shop there. The pharmacist was rude and spoke to me like I was 12.
