One of the last remaining independent owned grocery stores. Clean store and presentable looking shelves and coolers.Great varieties, prices are not terrible and staff is very friendly.

Fairly good selection. Good place to grab a few things on the south side of town. Too pricey to do regular shopping though.

Best store around for neatness, cleanliness, and really awesome produce! Nothing wilted or spoiled like other stores! Really great shopping here, very peaceful and pleasant. Clerks friendly also! What else can I say?

Sweet Southern Peaches, mealy and rotting from inside out. A waste of my money. Had to ask the clerk to clean the dirt off the conveyor belt, arent they trained to keep their area clean???

Dont shop here. Got home and realized the meat was moldy. The package was unopened and I took it back to the store and they refused to exchange it. I didnt want my money back I just wanted to exchange it....Now I am stuck with moldy food...I am reporting it to the health department.

I was trying to find an upscale grocery store to purchase a particular item that the regular groceries didnt have. I wouldnt call this an upscale grocery, as Google Maps seemed to think it was. It was more like a small, hometown grocery store. It was fine, especially if you dont like the enormous atmosphere of Woodmans, Costco, Meijer, etc.

We shop on Mondays usually and we spend between 3 to 5 hundred a week for the household. Generally the staff are pleasant and helpful. My Aunt has to shop with the riding cart. Im not there yet but just because you cant see the screws in my back and neck doesnt mean they arent there. My shoulder replacement scare is obvious. Im not suppose to lift. I hate that I have to ask for help for anything but at 71 I no longer have the luxury of doing it myself. My back has been bad all week and I lifting anything is painful. My Grandchild will help unload the groceries after work. The store was busy today but someone helped load sodas onto my cart. Thank you !! Our carry out did all the loading and was very a very nice young man. ( I tip ) not much but to show how much I appreciate their help. For the most part a good experience. One fly in the ointment as they say. Destiny checked me out she was short with me and rude. I know people have a bad day, and I know in this day and age if they smile and say thank you its a big plus. If they dont I just smile and thank them. It is what it is, but there is NO EXCUSE for a cashier to snap at a customer when all I did was repeat I would need drive up because I didnt think she heard me. With the masks on it makes hearing people more difficult. I was polite and said please and thank you so why did Destiny snap and say You already said that, and she used the tone. That was rude! I will be shopping at the Pig in Brodhead for awhile. I dont want to another encounter with Destiny no matter what was bothering her today.

I do not shop there often as they have high prices I only go for convenience

Its closest grocery store to house - but staff make up for short falls in pricing -- but their sale prices are usually good depending on what you need so always keep an eye out for weekly sales ad - deli & bakery are BOTH great for fresh items & if you enjoy rotisserie chicken but hate cutting it up they do sell 1/2 chicken portions, but only a couple out at a time -

I forgot to grab eggs and the cashier went back and got them for me. She was such a sweet lady thank you. Jayden

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable lay out of the space. Prices are noticably higher than other local stores and not much for selection. All in all a decent local market for mid week odds and ends.

I only go here in desperation. They are very much higher priced than other grocery stores. The staff is always pleasant though. And currently, i do not see any sanitation taking place. Aside from masks and the plexiglass at the register, between cashier and customer.

Why bother having a Mask Required sign at your door, every time I come here there are people with no masks, grow a pair and refuse them service. You are a private business, you make the rules. The people I see are usually young men with no sign of impairment other than being selfish and uncaring. That being said, there is no proof that wearing a mask will impact your oxygen levels. Require proof of impairment or shop elsewhere.

I love this store on Court st. People are friendly and helpful. Great produce dept, and good selection of fresh meats. I really love that they offer 1/2 a loaf of bread. This is my favorite grocery store. They will help me out with my groceries.

Nice smaller store that is serving the needs of the area here.Friendly top notch helpful staff,which is always appreciated.I like the deals on Meat which are always exceptional and of great quality and the Deli,which never disappoints.A bit pricey on other items,but occasionally come through with good deals if you watch the flyers.

Clean store. Great selection of meat. Organic store is very nice. Checkout lanes have also been well staffed. Parking lot a little dangerous as some customers drive through in cross lanes. Barriers would resolve issue.

We ordered alot of the homemade potato salad from Dana in the deli for Saturday aug 22nd for a funeral at church and it didnt taste the same. It was really bland

Quality over quantity.Fewer options, but better quality, regarding produce and meat departments.

Bad attitudes and terrible customer service. During the covid lockdown, they locked the exit because they were more concerned with theft than customer safety. I stopped there to pick up a few things. Waited in line to check out and was walked away from when it was my turn. I asked to talk to a manager and found out that was the manager that walked away from me. I wish there was another store on this side of town.

Great grocery store with a great selection. It really is a small town grocery store in a big city. They may not always be able to compete with big box stores price wise but they make up for it with their customer service and cleanliness.

Always good food, very friendly atmosphere. Employees are the best around, there only to provide great service. Fish frys on Wed. and Friday are the best for miles around. Expect a wait for you wont be disappointed!!! Food specials daily. Ice cream shop across the street and pizza to order. Its the place to be this spring and summer!

Newly organized shelves to accommodate organic foods, make finding familiar foods quite a trek. Eventually shopping will be easy again. Guess its good to branch out and keep up with change.

The store is clean. Everything looks wonderful in the store. My reason for 3 stars vs 4 or 5 is the customer service, or better, lack of.

I came into the store looking for something specific and when I finally found someone working I asked for the product just to be told at 7:00pm that produce is closed so no one could help me. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way. It is what it is I guess

The selection isnt great. The customer service is mediocre, at best. The PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!! Atleast three times higher than any other grocery in town. You are better off driving across town. This store is gouging people on this side of town because they are the only store over here. Never again!!!

Employees very well trained in bring helpful!!! Meat very good, produce very good!!! Miss being able to have flowers delivered when I need a floral delivery on the spur of the moment and cannot do myself!!!! That leaves a void in my schedule!!!!

This place has the worst service ever. If you could give 0 stars i would. It wouldnt wxept my mothers checks and has terrible cashiers who wont except checks even though they are being told to by the bank.

Daniels Foods Sentry West is a great place to shop! They have a super friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. I definitely recommend Daniels West!

Very expensive, Woodmans has better prices and selection. They recently remodelled parts of the store but thier shopping carts need it more. Its hard to find a cart that doesnt have a broken child restraint.
