Me & my fiancé went to metro after losing my phone. We each got new phones. But neither of them worked.. they never got service anywhere, they didn’t load anything, and they would constantly freeze up. On top of that the people that work there are very lazy. There’s never anyone standing at the front until at least 2 of 3 different people walking into the store. But the part that got me the most was that they DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES.. they’ll literally let it go to voicemail. I got the plan that was supposed to include Amazon prime, but when I would try to contact the store about it - straight to voicemail. So I call customer service - get hung up on all 5 times. & every time I’d go in to ask a question about the phones no one wants to help me bc I’m not buying anything so they don’t make any commission.. they’d just give me the run around or tell me to call this number or that number. I had to be rude yesterday to get anyone to actually help me in the store..So I HIGHLY recommend you not waste your money with this phone company. No contract sounds good at the time, but you get what you pay for. And this service & the employees stink..
I encountered a issue brought itt the store Loleta fixed it I was completely satisfied! If I ever need a phone or any accessories she will be the first one I will come see! Thanks for having her as a employee God sent person!!
I went to metro by T-Mobile to get a phone and bought 2 phones and two lines and two phone cases for only 137.00 and the where Galaxy 12
I would give em less than zero if I could. I have been lied to for 2 weeks about my phone when the sim card mysteriously locks up out of no where and they cant replace it, then say they will send me another phone in 3 to 5 business days which still havent came yet.
My Rep in the Jasper store is Awesome! He always go beyond and above and more!

Today was my 3rd trip to this store in the last 4 days. I was just about to be disgusted UNTIL Veronica and Willie helped me with my issues. Store Manager,Veronica, knew exactly what she was doing and Willie Johnson, being a new employee, tried his best to make everyone comfortable as he was learning “the ropes” in his new position at Netro! Veronica was kind and patient even under pressure from a not-so-nice customer! Kudos to you BOTH!
If I could give less stars I would. I have had nothing but trouble out of this phone and the service that I have received in the store. The manager Veronica has been the worst. I have made 4 different trips up there to try getting to get my phone working and have been given the run around from them and customer service. Now they tell me I am going to have to buy a new SIM card because the one I have is faulty. Whatever happened to customer service? If this doesnt get resolved today, I will make sure that every new customer there will take their business elsewhere.
Just left Merto and the two guys there now are WONDERFUL ❣️ so nice and kind and patient with this old lady. I appreciate it so much. Thank you both❣️❣️

I went in Jasper store the other day to change my service to Metro from AT&T. My friend went there 2 weeks prior to do the same new phone and all. She got her new phone free, case and screen protector free, walked out costing her around $75. She was treated well didnt take her very long at all. Her AT&T phone she had stayed active for about a week before it shutdown. But when I am there Im there for about 2-3 hours. I got a new phone free but was charged for my case and screen protector. The man that was working Matte says on receipt acted like he didnt even want to give me a receipt said printer wasnt working. I said can you at least give me a hand written one and sign it. A lady that was waiting her turn said take a picture of computer screen. I replied that will work as long as I have something to show the money I spent. He finally printed receipt but acted like he didnt want to. I ended up and spent right close to $140. I told Matte about my friend and how much she paid 2 weeks earlier. He acted like he didnt even hear a word I had said. I also told him about when I had done a search for Metro Pcs that I had seen offering for 2 phones 32gb and unlimited service for 1 month for $75 and told him thats what I wanted. Go figure and look at amount I paid. He told me I had to wait about a week and come back in there for my new # and pay an additional $10 to get that done. He also told me my AT&T phone would no longer work. My friends phone did. Why didnt mine work that way? By the time he got my phone and stuff fixed up after being there so long my feet hurting from standing so long and needing to get home to my grandkids. I told him I would have to just come back another day to finish up I had to get home. He told me I would have to pay same amount again for other phone. Why is that I asked for 2 phones 2 new lines for unlimited talk, text and data. It was supposed to be $75 paid one time per month period. I have tried to call store several times no answer, I have left messages asking for manager to call me left my #, No call back as of yet. Also having problems with service it says I have 2 bars on phone and I see the 4g on phone but cant make calls. My friend is having that same issue. I have never felt with anything like this in my life. Oh and also the guy Matte that was working also kept my phone case I had on old phone. I never realized it until next day. If I could rate 0 I would.
Staff and selection were great
I strongly recommend not using this service. I have been a customer for 4 years and they have lied to me in the worst pandemic this country has ever had. I called to get an extension and was told that i could have 72 hrs and then would have to call back and get another. I called to get the other till checkco;ea tuesday and they would not give one.
Cause apparently they dont have to answer there phone when a paying customer needs help. When I just topped up my high speed an its not working still Ive called 10 time an still keeps getting forwarding
If it wasn’t for the other employees at this location, this review would only 1 Star. I have never and will never do business with someone like the manager there. I think her name is Jessica. She is rude, disrespectful, and constantly pops an attitude any time you ask a question or for her help. I’ve had many friends and family switch to another carrier simply because of her. If she remains manager this store will go out of business. When you’re working in customer service, you have to be respectful and she lacks the ability to do this. I’m just glad the other employees stepped up and took initiative and did her job since it was such a hassle for her to help us out.
I have literally been trying to get a new phone for two weeks. The store continues to not have the phone I want stock and all they can tell me is they have no idea on whem they will even get a new shipment in. When I went yesterday to again check to see if the phone was in stock, I was told that they have not recieved a shipment still and have since ran out of two more phones since I was there last. Very disappointing that I can not take advantage of my upgrade.
This store is under new management and the TEAM there now gave me excellent service and provided me with ways to use my new phone. Very friendly staff and that team is great....Will refer my friends and family to METROPCS........Great Job.....
They messed up my account and charged me for a phone I didnt get. They also caused my account to be suspended because I decided not to get the phone but they charged me for it and I didnt know it so my account got suspended and they wouldnt work with me to resolve it. The manager was very rude!!! And to top it all off they had no idea what they were talking about when I asked questions. I LOVE the store in Tupelo, MS. They are WAY nicer and seem to care about the customers. I highly recommend that store over the one in Jasper!!!
Great plans, save you a lot of money. On the T-Mobile network this is prepaid but has great phones too!

Helpful staff esspecially the one that sold me my recent phone I Think her name is Kimberly very helpful and let me know that I was gettin the best they had to offer and walked out with some accessories to go with my new gadget. Usually I come here to pay my bill and buy things for my phone and upgrade. But yesterday afternoon I had a very unpleasant experience with several very rude staff that work there. They were a bit busy and yes I was in a hurry but I was beyond patient and trying to wait my turn like any normal person would do. After 30 minutes had past and 2 gentlemen had already left saying something under their breath I sighed wasnt being mean or ugly still Im tired of waiting it kinda just happens anywho the lady behind the desk lets out a snarky remark patience is a virtue. So at that moment Im like no thats not ok she didnt even greet me as I came in like she did every person after me which happened to be Male. I told them what I was their for that corporate call center had sent me there to get a loan out phone if they had one.because I have to send mine to Samsung to be fixed rudely the other girl chimed in we dont do that here .ANYWHO THERE was one person in back asleep on a desk the girl named Keisha was nasty to me period .Neither Kim or Keisha were friendly helpful laying about on the counter and unprofessional.ive never seen anyone act like this before except at McDonalds thats why I dont eat there .I dont feel comfortable going to this location til its better staffed .Ive never had any issues with anyone here before this

I was put on hold for 10 minutes, they just wanted me to hang up. When I did hang up they forwarded my next call to voicemail. All I wanted to know was why there was an extra $5 added to my bill. I will never do business with them again.
