Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful activating and setting up my new phone, but we were interrupted twice by, I assume, a manager urging Liam to hurry up and finish. Liam was unable to complete the setup and my phone isnt working. I paid $30. This was Friday morning with low customer volume.

Had such a great experience with the help of Lee! I had never been to the store to get a new phone and was honestly not looking forward to it. Lee had everything on my old phone transferred to my new one and a case & screen protecter on in no time! He took care of everything and made the process so easy! Got a great deal on a new phone and no stress of transferring it all over, couldn’t ask for much more! Thanks again Lee!!

Ill admit I have not been to a Verizon store in person in over 10 years. After my phone was accidentally destroyed I thought that the Verizon store might actually be relevant again. Sadly, you cannot buy a replacement phone without a working phone here! Its a shame too, because the employees are great but this policy is so ridiculous that it seems incomprehensible.

They stayed after it till they got the problem fixed.

Way above the competition!! Very educated staff and friendly atmosphere. They understand the value of customer service and time management. I hate going in places right now, but had to deal with an issue with my phone. A very kind and knowledgeable young lady named Ashley took care of me...she was amazing. She knew right away what my issue was, and had me taken care of. She was a breath of fresh air!! If you ever have to go in, make sure to ask for her!!

And the employees are more concerned about talking to people about random things then helping the 5 groups of people waiting.Nothing was said when we walked in.I wouldnt mind waiting if they were actually doing their job.Id rather drive an hour to Evansville than come here. It would be faster too.

After trying to add a line to my account online, and calling into tech support ( to which I spoke to 4 people and spent 1hr 22min on the phone ) to No avail!!! I decided to give Verizon one more chance and went to this Jasper location. Told a guy named Kyle my issue.. was out the door in 20 min with the phone WORKING and he saved me $$ on my monthly bill. Save yourself some time, make this place your 1st option.

The employees are great, they are interested and helping you and make sure you are happy. However one of the challenges they face is Verizon limited communication. Many of the questions/answers we need, Verizon has made it easier (if Verizon thinks) that contacting Verizon directly is better, making it feel like the tcc store is strictly sales. Overall considering things they have been very helpful to me and I give them 5 stars.

I have been dealing with this company for approx 8 years, in Jasper, and in the Evansville location. I have always found the staff easy to deal with on anything, and knowledgeable. Pricing seems good to me, but more important, at least to me, on occasion they have gone over and above to help me with something (like being in a foreign country and needing help). My family, and business, will continue using them.

Take care. They are very smooth at cramming services without disclosing cost or if there is even a cost associated to it. They mentioned Redux and you could come in and dry out your phone “at no cost” and before you know it they charged $29.95 for a subscription for each phone. Online has it for $9.99 for each phone when you do 3 phones. They also started moving data over before even disclosing there is even a charge. Later they said “small fee” it ended up costing $19.95 a phone.

Erin was SO amazing & helpful!! I wish everyone in the customer service industry treated customers like this!! He took the time to go above & beyond for me & I really appreciated that!! 😃
