I got a part that didnt fit. Because I plugged in the leads, then tried to slide the part in place. Or wouldnt fit due to being the wrong part. Now I own it. The little round guy at the counter was very rude in telling me so.

Ordered in the part I needed expeditiously as well as confirming what I need with great customer service!

Ive always loved Napa because they have high quality parts and friendly staff. However, today I was greeted with not so friendly customer service by a team member who was an older male with a beard. He promptly got my parts, but he did not have a friendly tone. When I asked if they had a military discount he said no with a very Kurt and abrupt tone. His rational was that its not fair, and that their prices are already low enough. I do concur that the parts I purchased were as cheap as say autozone or O reileys, but every parts store including Napa offers military discount. Now Im not perturbed by the fact that he would not offer it; it was the tone of voice that the reply was delivered with. I dont feel they owe anybody a discount. A simple sorry we do not in a polite tone would have been sufficient and met with kindness in turn. However, when the team member was not friendly to start with, and when questions about the products are met with an underlying tone of contempt, thats when I think I should do business elsewhere.

If they dont have it and it doesnt have to do with the stuff you are working they can tell you where to get it and that is important.

They have always performed warranty work on our companies DeWalt tools and have done an excellent job.

They always have the car parts Im looking for. Their might be some today they dont have but I havent been disappointed.

The most knowledgeable service of any auto parts store in town. Its unfortunate that they have such limited hours on the only two days most people have to buy parts.
