Oh its been a few years since Ive been there to the warehouse and muffler and I only had two used tires replaced on my car with two used tires that really wasnt up to standard I shouldnt even bother spending my money but as far as the customer service it was fine pricing little overrated service slow at a very long way so dont have nothing important to do if you have to get your car service there because it could be a long way so but other than that I give it a star two or three I dont know maybe three stars I guess but thats just me being nice

They send you back with a list of problems when all I did is come in for 2.mew tires to put on.

Great customer service, great work done and very willing to explain and even show what is going on to be a better informed customer. Id recommend these guys, for sure, over a lot of other places... especially if they are owned by MFA Oil... IE JiffyLube or Big-O tires bc they will try to jip you. JiffyLube... not so much, Big-O, most definitely!

The men at this tire shop opened the shop at 10:30 on a Sunday night just to help me. Great fast service and just genuinely good people! Charged me little to nothing. So blessed to have come across this place.

Great service as always. Didnt have an appointment just went in had new tires to get mounted and balanced. Left my car it was maybe 9am told Justin needed it by 1:30 . No problem even though they were busy. Went home looked out my front door about 11:45 my car was sitting outside ready to go. Car looks great with my sumoto new tires and rides so smooth and handles like new. Great job 👍 always fare prices polite workers place is always clean free cold bottle water for customers. I used to use Warehouse exclusively. Their work was so good and so honest that I wrote a great review and I bought everyone in the place pizza as a thank you. But, sadly I no longer feel the same way. My last visit was so disappointing that I will not return in the future, heres why: the device that controls my automatic outside mirror was damaged and I asked that it br replaced. When I picked up my car, the mirror control had been replaced, but they left it hanging down by its wires--I had to super glue it in place. My passenger-side door panel pulled completely out when I pulled the inside handle; I mentioned it but got no response, but I let it go. When I brought my car in the next time for routine service, I asked them if the door panel could be fixed. They said, No, that they would have to replace the entire panel and said they would check a salvage yard and took a picture of the panel and said they would call when they found the panel. They never called--that was 6 months ago. I dont know what happened to Warehouse, but I have given them a lot of business and sent them a lot of business. Now, thats the last they will see of me. Sad, because once they were really great. Guess they got too big and busy so they can afford to lose good customers.

They dont exactly do the fastest work at times, but the work they do is quality and set at a fair price. If you can get into see them, its worth having the work done there because they will take care of you. Been a customer there for over ten years.

So, I bought this 1987 supra and needed it to be worked on. I left for basic training a few weeks after I got it so I ended up having to leave it there. Almost a year and a half later, the car is finally done. Most of the time due to me being gone. They didnt charge me for letting it sit for so long and they were very patient with my continues calling to see if its done. Happy to say the car is finally done and Im pretty sure theyre damned happy its out of their lot now. My family goes only here and we love their service and prices!

Dont get me wrong, I have enjoyed coming here very much in the past especially in HS (Im 31 now) but Im not sure I will be returning anytime soon unless I absolutely have to. I brought my vehicle in due to what I believed to be a coolant leak back around June or so of 2017. Was told it was a temp/thermostat housing crack (dont know a ton about car parts) and that was replaced. Around the end of Jan/beginning of Feb I noticed the coolant was physically leaking onto the ground even when I would put my own coolant into the vehicle. I brought the Explorer back stating the issue I had noticed and was informed that the radiator needed to be replaced. After doing so, I noticed after the replacement the next day or 2 the engine was making the same hum as before, low and behold after the radiator replacement there had been no coolant replaced, I then chalked this up to maybe thats just not something they do. I have since added more coolant and Im still noticing that the coolant is depleting rather quickly. Moral of the story, nearly $1,000 in services and labor and 7 months I still appear to having the issue of coolant either leaking or depleting into the vehicle over the course of several weeks and Im now looking at a third trip for my vehicle (waiting to see if maybe the amount of coolant I had left at home might just not been enough, was about half a gallon). Like I said, I liked coming here and may some day return but I would think spending that much money in one place, to still be having the same issue months later needing to come back for more services is pretty crazy. Who knows, could be something really minor this time but maybe another shop can finally get it right this time unfortunately

I have extremely mixed feelings about this mechanic. They are very kind and do decent work, but the wait is FOREVER. They dont take appointments, only walk-ins, and whenever I have worked out a scenario in which I am even able to drop off a much used, extremely necessary van (like we literally cant go anywhere without it) at 8:30am and after it having been there for a few hours I called back and asked for an estimate for when it would be done (emphasizing how important this van is to us) they assured me it would be done between 3:00-4:00 only to have us call in at 3:45 and have them tell us we could come pick it up but that they had not even looked at it and we could bring it back in the morning- how many days do they think we can somehow arrange our schedule to not have to leave the house at all? We have to double-drive just to get the vehicle there in the first place. We could have just held off and brought it tomorrow but instead we wasted an entire day and are none the wiser about whatever is wrong with our vehicle.

My tire blowout.... walked in there and they surprisingly the have my tire I was looking for. within am hour they mounted my tire and ready to go.... Its really affordable.

Stopped by today, needed a tire for my wife’s vehicle. They told me they didn’t have one but could have it here this afternoon, sure enough they did and had me out the door in 45 minutes, can’t say I could go anywhere else for that kind of service.

I got my exhaust redone at at Warehouse for my truck almost half what they were gonna charge me down the road, and it’s much better now and no rattles like it used to have, and sounds great, definitely recommend them for all your exhaust needs

Had a blow out on my limo, on our way to iowa. Was the 2nd place we stop at, they called around to get other prices for different brands for us. We ended up staying there if they was willing to call other places for prices for me I thought it was worth waiting the 15 mins and let them change the tires for me. They was cheaper then ones we called, and was able to get us back on the road in no time. Thank you.

The service is absolutely awful. They did alignment and they forgot to tighten the bolts on chamber casting. It completely screwed up all my tires in the front. I also asked them to rotate back tires to the front but they only did one side. IF YOU SEE THIS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Came in to get a new tire put on, was in and out in about an hour, was driving home and the car started shaking. before i could stop the wheel fell off and damaged my whole hub assembly and destroyed my fender. They refused to fix it.
