Every time I go to the AT&T in Jefferson City I always ask to speak to Dusty. I have been dealing Dusty for years and he is the best. His customer service is Amazing. And he don’t pressure you into buying things and he always goes above and beyond to get you the best deal he can and actually listens to you as to what you are looking for. I give Dusty a 5 star rating
I want to give a big shout out of THANKS and appreciation to Dusty Steinman for his time, effort, and knowledge in setting up my husband’s replacement cell phone. He is truly an expert at what he does. Dusty was kind and considerate and explained things in an understandable way. He answered all my questions, introduced me to other services, and helped in the selection of accessories. Because of Dusty, I will remain an AT&T customer. Bravo to a great employee.
Samantha was exceptional. she provided excellent customer service. was patient with me, i’m elderly. she answered all my questions very professional and knowledgeable but more than that she treated my husband and i with understanding and care.
I cannot speak highly enough about how well I was assisted by Dallas. He was excellent and helped me move from a terrible carrier to AT&T. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I had been to Cricket where the service was awful. I didnt have a phone for 2 days. Chris helped me right when I walked in the door. He was nice, helpful, and it was awesome! Thank you!!
It was a tough week. Horrible in some parts. I was done. Then I ran over my phone after leaving it on the back of my car.I went to the Jefferson City store and worked with two amazing people. Derrick and Darius. I was back in business quickly. They made my day! Thank you Gentleman. Your customer service is excellent.
I want to start off by saying I commanded the staff at this location for the excellent customer service, that they provide me. I was assisted by one of the employees there today named Dallas and he provided me with a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was quick to solve my issue that I was having. He also shared his knowledge with me to help me make my decision. Dallas is the guy to see !!!
The staff are well trained and really care about helping their customers. I like that they consult with each other to verify information that they are giving out. It can’t be easy to work with customers of such varying degrees of knowledge and experience. I accepted their advice, knowing that I would ultimately be happy with my decision in spite of the learning curve involved with switching brands!

Jesse was great! I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother and I. It was pretty late in the evening and he sacrificed time with his family to make sure we were taken care of. This mans deserves a raise. Overall all of the stuff was very friendly.
Nice store, well stocked on my visit, which was mostly to check out their phone options and deals prior to scheduling any potential appointments. Was a bit annoyed to be approached and told that I had to schedule an appointment, I couldnt just look around on my own. Thats a first in any phone store Ive ever walked into. 🤷🏻♂️
My husband’s phone was not working properly. We went to AT&T store w/o making an appointment; yikes, we will NOT do that again! However, our AT&T rep (Darius) was courteous, knowledgeable and upgraded us into a better plan that is cheaper than we had been paying. We also got a good deal on several new phones. Overall, we are pleased with our new plan and new phones.
First off the wait time is always at least an hour long which is okay except that when you show up for your appointment you still wait 30-45 minutes. Also AT&T will overcharge you and make it very hard to correct. The service for the phone is great but the service for the customer is severely lacking

Waited for more than 2 hours. We have been customers for years. No special offers given, no discounts offered, were pay as you go types and not worthy of anything.If you do not sign your life away its hard to even get basic customer care. Their not the only ones. These communication companies have us all right where they want us. I yearn for the good old days with Ma-Bell.Im old fashioned and really dont need the extra bells and whistles but they forced dependance on us, so here we are.
If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself, go to best buy.

Saturday I went into the Jeff city att store to upgrade my phone. They were extremely helpful and patient in making sure i got all my information transferred over. They even updated to newest software so i would get my recent backup. Excellent service and highly recommend this store!
I had to make an appointment to be seen by costumer service representative. I didnt have any intention of buying anything. I just wanted to scan my State ID to get monthly discount. Representative didnt scan my ID and wanted me to upgrade cell package or purchase At&t TV. Im assuming they work on commission because he was more of a sales representative than anything. Left more frustrated than entering the store. Really made me hate phones, and how companies intentional try to make it hard to get any discounts.

The problem I brought into the store took several hours of the techs time but he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I have never received the quality of service from any wireless provider this young man provided. He was patient, and understanding while finding me answers for every question I had. Ill def be back to this store location, and recommend this location to everyone, all because of this interaction as well as the friendly employees surrounding us. Nothing short of fantastic customer service all around!
It was a very exciting couple of days!! Had a great time with the little lady that took care of us. She is my new go to person at ATT although the experience was riddled with issue after issue she kept things light and uplifting and quite comical at times and although it took way entirely to long she did exactly as she promised she would going above and beyond the normal customer service expectations and exceeded all my desires and expectations by a land slide! She never got discouraged or let her business conduct fall short as she stayed positive encouraging us to believe in her and do the same

Honestly, I cannot remember a time where there isnt a wait at this store. Made multiple trips to find a window where the wait is the shortest. Scheduling an appointment puts you out a day or more before they can work you in. Staff here have generally been helpful and knowledgeable. Currently, you have to wait in your vehicle until its your turn. If you need a new phone and you need it sooner than later, shop online and have it delivered or go to another retailer it will be much quicker.

I do not recommend AT&T to anyone. I was screwed over by CSR phone service, had a hostile in person rep that told me I should have went to the store in the first place instead of tying to do things over the phone. I am leaving AT&T as soon as my plan is done. They have so many customers they dont care about losing just one. Sad sad sad
Called a day ahead for an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait inline. But that was not done I was just put in normal rotation. Went to Best Buy and got phones quicker. Best Buy got the sale not AT&T store.

Steer clear of this place! Ive been a customer for more than 30 years. Not anymore. Company creates unnecessary barriers for cancelled lines and transfering #. Took 2 weeks, 6 months later still getting billed! Female representative in store is rude and basically called me a liar and cheater because their records didnt show a record of any correspondence! My call and text logs/records showed I made multiple contacts. Not going to pay to be accused of cheating or lying. At&t is too big!
Easy to work with and they made us feel right at home. Got us set up on a new plan with new phones.
Mikah was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was picking up my cases and screen protectors for my new phones let me know all the great deals that you guys have going on and was overall just very good at his job!!!!

I was stopped by a rep named Jordan at Jefferson City Sam’s Club a few months ago as soon as I walked in... At first I wasn’t sure and I thought his deal was too good to be true. So I went to the att store and they told me they couldn’t offer the same deal and actually 2 employees referred me to go back to Sam’s Club as they usually have better deals. That’s where they got their service! Lol. I will say they offer a way better deal at Sam’s Club in Jefferson City! I switched recently from Sprint (4-Lines) and they offered me $250 per line I ported over (keeping our same numbers) from Sprint! $1,000 better deal than what I would have gotten at the store! He was also very educated on the offers and made the switching process very easy!! I def recommend him and will refer all my family members!! Reason for 2 star is you all don’t have any deals. Go to SAMs club people!!
Went in today to get a new phone. Was a walk-in so the wait was long. Came back an hour and a half later and was next in line. Decided to look at the phone options so I knew what I wanted when my time came up. There were 3 other people in the store and I was asked to leave to sit in my car and wait. No problems doing that but the NASTY/RUDE way I was asked made me cancel that moment and head to Best Buy.
So aggravated right now! I moved in with a friend recently and we decided to split a cell phone bill so she added me on her account & it has been a nightmare! My screen got cracked ( my fault) so I filed a claim, they sent me a new phone & I returned the broken one. Now we fet our bill and not only is there a$55 charge for the deductible but also a $100 charge for not returning the broken phone! Go.talk to someone at at&t ( after waiting in our car over an hour) and the CSR tells us they cannot do anything because it is a charge from Asurion! We have to contact the insurance to get it taken off our bill. Im betting they say no and try to make us pay it, what a $ making scheme! Never known of a business to bill people but say another company puts charges on your bill that they cant do anything about! I do not recommend anyone to do business with them! In the 2 months since I have been on plan we have paid $400 & now they say we owe another $300+ and even after taking the $100 off that is still insane when we were told our total bill would be $80 or $90 per month total! Dont waste your $ or time!!

AT&T has great cell service but man, the wait time in these stores is absolutely atrocious.
So my phone was shattered and my daughter’s phone had speaker problems. We made an appointment and Derrick was wonderful! He got us new phones and made the whole transaction and experience smooth and effortlessly! Definitely recommend anyone to Derrick! He knows his stuff! Thank you!

We are a business account and had to add some lines, trade in some phones and upgrade. The whole process was time consuming and we had lots of questions. Jordan, who was helping us, was so kind, never rushed us or made us feel pressured. She was kind, knowledgable and really made a boring process fun. She helped other customers while we were picking out things (including an old woman who was mad at her daughter and wanted her blocked on facebook!) Jordan could have rudely told her thats not AT&T its facebook but she took the time to talk to the lady and help walk her through it. Never did she seem bothered by the womans questions or attitude (the lady was kinda rude though). They didnt have a phone we wanted, Jordan and her team called a bunch of local stores for us and got the phone shipped to their store. We went back to pick it up and again she was there helping people with the same happy attitude. We live in St. Louis and have a business there and in Jeff City, but now we will exclusively go to the AT&T in Jeff because of the amazing service we got there.
People are helpful here, but so LONG of a wait even with an appointment.
****EDIT****I went back to return a case that didn’t fit my phone and ask a few questions about my bill. I was helped by Graham and he was great! Very knowledgeable and ranked #1 salesman for a reason! Next time you go in ask for graham!They got the job done, BUT the extreme lack of customer service on the part of the gentleman who helped me was very apparent especially when I could see other workers talking to other customers and laughing and smiling and having a good time where as my salesman never smiled and made me feel like I was a waste of his time.
Asa is a ln amazing store rep. He made my experience better than I could have imagine and I had some bad experiences with at&t before but I will be going back as long as Asa is there. Amazing.
I did my homework to see where I could get the best deal! I was shopping around for a new cell phone carrier for my family as well as new TV service at 2 new places! (1 place-Dish Network/1 Place Mediacom) The reps there were very knowledgeable however they don’t even have half the offer or as good of a deal as I got at the Jefferson City Sam’s Club on New Cell Phones and Directv Service at 2 places! You get so much more at Sam’s Club ($700 total in gift cards) than what the retail store could provide. I did go with you all though and love the cell phone coverage!

Kicked my wife out for not wearing a mask even though she has a medical exemption and this county doesnt enforce masks.
As always, the wait time was too long. The person who tried to help me could not resolve the problem. The mgr came over and within 5 seconds knew what the problem was. Btw, if you are not receiving WiFi on your phone and intermittently on your iPhone, it’s prob a VPN issue.
Unbelievable. They messed up and not even an apology for a wasted 2 hours. Ill be changing my wireless company.

Very poor experience this time around at an AT&T Store. I went in to set up a multiline prepaid account. Very complicated how they have this process set up. Add in a new person working and things get worse. The girl helping us would not listen to me as to what plans I wanted. She set both lines up on complete different plans.. and then someone else came to help in the end and all of a sudden one of the lines were having problems getting connected to their network. She also charged my card 3 different times while I was in the store and then when the other guy said I had to pay more, I told him what Ive paid already and the girl acted like she only charged me once. Its been a full day and still cant use one of the lines. They were supposed to call me and let me know what was going on. Didnt hear from them. I called and left a message for the guy and he never returned my call. Corporate will be getting a phone call tomorrow. Spent almost 4 hours at the store and didnt leave with what I paid for..
Latoya definitely has no customer service skills. I literally came in to try and pay a past bill from years ago because at some point soon I would like to switch back to AT&T and since it was so long I was unsure of all my information for the account. She was not trying to do anything for me to help me pay my 700 dollar bill, it was clear I was a huge inconvenience to her and she didn’t want to help me walk out with one less bill paid cause it was too much work and “she ain’t got time for all of that“! This store is trash! They don’t know how to treat individuals it’s all young kids tryin to run something they have no business trying to run. Keep it classy and if you going to wear fake eyelashes at least make them look some what real! But since she has customers walking out the door she cant afford the nice ones :)
Their best employee is a man named Dustin. Unfortunately, he wasnt there when I made a Sunday afternoon appointment.I arrived early for my 4:30 appointment. I checked in, the fellow who did it went on to help someone else, so I sat down.I waited until 5:30. Id been watching the waiting list on their monitor. Id noticed that someone had a 5:30 appointment. That couple arrived on time and they took them right in.I suspect that the young guy who checked me in did not want to deal with me because Im a senior citizen. He wasnt rude but I think he put me down as a walk-in simply because he did not want to deal with me. I plainly told him right off the bat I had a 4:30 appointment.
I went in this morning to get the new phone so I could give my daughter the one I currently have and I was helped on time. The lady I worked with, I dont think she said her name, but could be wrong. She was yawning the whole time and when she would ask me a question but only ask half of it, as if I was supposed to know what she was going to say next. She asked me what phone I wanted and I told her the iPhone 11 Pro. She asked what color, but didnt tell me what colors were available until I asked. She asked do I want to pay 30 months or... I say or what? Do you want to be able to upgrade early. No, I do not. She wasnt informative much on anything. I had to ask several questions to get her to tell me anything. She never asked me if I wanted insurance on the phone. Towards the end she was on her cell phone the whole time and if I had a question she finished her text first before answering mine. When the phone was done she said here are your receipts and you bag. She didnt ask if I had any questions or if I needed anything else. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with this location. This woman was not helpful or friendly. She was bored and it was made very clear by her attitude.
Went in looking for a phone for my girlfriend. Asa palmeri made us feel welcomed and helped us pick out a great deal for her. We bought a phone case and screen protector too. Would recommend everyone to ask for this guy. I live an hour away and I would make the trip again just to do business with this gentlemen.

Pulled in yesterday around 10:40 am, and someone came to my vehicle to check me in. He told me the wait would be about an hour, asked what brought me in...I told him I need a new sims card for a phone for my 92 year old father. He said if all you need is a sim card, he could probably do that in about 10 minutes. I realize with covid 19, things would take a little longer....but 2 hours later I finally got in for the card. Within those 2 hours I went to check several times to see where I was on the list...an associate was rather snippy with me since I had been up there to check a couple times... a little communication goes a long way with customer service.
Herman, was very helpful when it came down to handling me as and customer. He’s awesome and a very intelligent young man very. Need more Like him. Thanks!
I went in today to talk to them about Bill and I got Samantha to help me. I went because my plan got changed and so I went to get it changed back! Well she proceeded to tell me that that plan that I had no longer exist which I don’t understand how that is possible when I had it a month ago. That there was nothing she could do to help me lower my plan. You could tell she didn’t want to be there and she had an attitude with me when I would ask questions. I will not be back!

Did not meet expectations. Left and went to Walmart because they were not able to order us a phone. Was a waste of time. Spent time making an appointment. Two trips and left with nothing.

Make sure to avoid busy times. You can either be there for 10 minutes or two hours based on what you want and how busy they are. Some workers are a lot better than others.

The worst attitudes I have ever seen among employees. Gang mentality. All they do is tell ya to call customer service because they wont and say they cant. My paid for phone was bbn locked by them and it took TMOBILE TO STRAIGHTEN BN IT ALL OUT. DISGUSTING.
The guy we got our phones said it would be one price, but our bill says a totally different price. Called AT&T and their response was he didnt know what he was doing and we cant help you. We may be looking at a new carrier in the future.

Terrible customer service
Ive been with AT&T for over 13years i got Direct TV on April 7 i had throat cancer and it is hard for me to talk and for people to understand what Im saying when i called the main office they told me to go to the store here in Jefferson City i and the manger did treat to good and didnt help me at all so i left and will call the main office on Tuesday but i hope someone will talk to him and dont let him lie and say he didnt do it
Do not use this store they will lie to you and tell you there are promotions and they will put them on your bill they never do they are liars
Service is horrible even in Jefferson City. Have called to fix the problem and they say there is nothing they can do. Will definitely be switching to a better service provider.
The entire staff at the store is Family without birth certificates. Always respectful & knowledgeable. They get things done.
