The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable about phones and I was very pleased with my experience..

My daughter (who is 18 and supports herself 1200 miles away from her family by working at Starbucks) bought an I phone X from them, a month later the touch stopped working at times, they said she must have broken it... it had no physical damage. She paid them $200 to fix it. It quit again 2 days after picking it up from them fixing it. They said she must have electrocuted it. Now she is out 700 dollars and still has no phone. It was obviously misdiagnosed. They have refused to make it right. Its really sad when someone would take advantage of a poor barista.

I just purchased an iPhone 8+ from this shop and let me tell you it was a very pleasant experience! I didn’t feel rushed or nervous and was reassured that the phone I was purchasing would be a quality product, which it is. Overall a wonderful place that I would for sure recommend.

Wonderful Experience! My Samsung Galaxy 4S would not charge and I was worried I would have to get a new phone. I went to the Re-Cell-It Shop and within an hour my phone was as good as new. After replacing my screen twice with no improvement at all (either times), I paid for a new charging port. After calling and asking if the port came in multiple times, I was told to not ask again and I would just be told once it came in. I never heard from him again.
