I also appreciate the extra time the staff took to clean my part so i can put the parts in my car without my car getting filthy. And most importantly the staff was helpful and friendly. Stay away from this crook. I bought a transmission online paid for it in full and he sent me a total different transmission and when I complain he didn’t even want to respond to me so I had to eat the bad transmission and my money is gone and I had to buy another transmission somewhere else. (His name is Vic with an Indian accent)

I reserved an engine with them a week ago, they held it for me. I drove from Detroit to pick it up. Their service was amazing, I was in and out within 15 mins. Engine runs like a champ.

Dont waist your time here....I work at an automotive shop and they told me several times they would call me back to make sure the part is good that we need.... 5 hours later I finally just drive there and wait by the front desk.... Apparently everyones at lunch, Comes back 10 minutes later and tells me he doesnt have that part even though he confirmed that he had it and he just want to double check to see if it was good. We use an online database searching the junkyards and it said this location had two. F them for waiting my time and my customers time. Why is everyone s customer service so crudy.

Thanks to EDGAR, I will only be buying used parts from eco parts!, He went above and beyond to make sure all my parts were correct and removed them properly, I have owned two automotive body shops and have dealt with a lot of junk yards, THANKS AGAIN EDGAR, keep up the great work!! 5 stars for customer service and quality of parts

They had the part I needed for an amazing price. However, customer service was terrible. Left me waiting without acknowledging me way too long. I called ahead and was told the part would be pulled for me before I got there. It wasnt. Im giving them 2 stars because I left with what I came for.

Months already and refund for a part that was defective. I have called a few times just to say will mail out refund.

Very detail oriented and professional. I requested them a documentation related to a part purchased a year ago and within minutes I had it in my email. It helped me to settle my claim with my insurance company.

I have recently bought an Navigation system from Eco Auto in Joliet,IL and am very happy with the purchase. The item was in pristine condition, tagged with make/model and mileage of the vehicle sourced from. Price was reasonable and more importantly their service was courteous and professional, which is often hard to come by in this segment. Folks at the shop are quite friendly; took steps to ensure item was compatible with my vehicle and helped with delivery too.

Writing my first review as i felt the previous reviews about this company dont reflect the correct image of them. about 2 months ago, my car broke down right in front of their business, and they went out of their way to get my car at a secured parameter, had their guy replace my wheel and tire without any charge. a month later i purchased an engine from them at a very cheap price. happy to spent my money with this business.

Took them 2 days to return my phone call in regards to an inquiry for a headliner and a bumper. After I was given a price for a headliner I asked if that was the price for the complete headliner and was told I would still need to buy the other miscellaneous trim pieces.... After two days I thought you would give me the complete price for the headliner as I had asked...This is after I emailed them exactly what I wanted as they requested.

Do not trust bad reviews. I recently bought 2014 vw passat from auction, back seats were water damaged so i look around to replace. I called around 6-7 place everyone said they have it when i showed up nothing was there. I called Eco owner answered phone i explained what i need he checked hes inventory and told me he has it just need couple hours to pull out. I came in 3 hours parts was ready to pick up. They carry mostly late model cars. Great place to go for parts you need.

This place is a racket to rip you off. I purchased a part from them and took it to my mechanic and he said who ever took it off there broke off parts that was needed. I came back which was the same day and he refused to give me another part. So there racket is they say you have a 2 week return policy but when you come back owner will say that is not the way i sold it to you...Just a bunch of crooks selling garabage.

Ordered a part for a FX Infiniti they sent wrong part, for a Ex sent it back can not get the company to refund, or call back, Im out $155 for the part, plus $60 for shipping . They are thiefs do not order parts from these guys

Ordered a ECM and ignition switch on Monday, Wednesday comes in and I dont see charges, called few times, it is Friday and no parts shipped...etc.I canceled on Friday, so I dont know how actually slow the service is.

These guys are awful and very unprofessional. They take the money and do ship the parts. The communication is terrible. There is no communication at all!
