Average auto parts service. Had battery check said it was fine pulled away went home tried starting car, battery was completely dead and it wasnt the alternator. Bought battery elsewhere works fine. Need to train your personal how to use battery tester. Also got charged twice for 1 item. Buyer beware!

Staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly where items in the store were located.

Alex was awesome and very friendly. He changed the battery in my daughters car. 14 degrees and snowing.

Shop online to save and pick up at store. Staff is always helpful and patient with their customers. If they dont have it they will get it quickly. Recycle your used oil, just drop it off inside

Third store I visited to replace a headlight bulb for my car and the ONLY one who would help me put it in in the dark and cold after I got a warning ticket for it being out. These guys are always so friendly and helpful. You can usually find some sort of coupon if you sign up for their emails. They replaced my battery (that was practically rusted in to place) with a smile on their faces (even though it took double the time it should have taken because the bolt was rusted in to place. I could not have done it my self and I was So thankful that they didnt send me away and powered through it!

Thanks to the team working here, need a variety of parts throughout the day and a half Ive been going back and forth to this location. They always got what I need right the first time, versus local competition.

Gave them a 4 only because the part was defective. People there were friendly and the alternator I bought was defective and they were able to give me a replacement after testing the new one to make sure we wouldnt have the same issue

Said the part I ordered would be in a few hours later. No part and no call until the afternoon of the following day. Car was already on the road to vacation. I dont like being lied to!

Im kinda a do it yourself guy. I mess alot of stuff up but I try.I always find the guys at Advance Auto helpful. One guy even Googled to help me understand what I was doing. Fixed it ....oh yeah Im the man. Saved me fat bank....

I use to go to advance all the time for my car parts specifically the essington location, but this one they got workers that literally have no idea what they are doing or what tools you need, I literally heard one of the workers on the phone with a customer say you need the tool to take off your tire and I can look up the thing for the caliper do you know what for?, the other one had his girlfriend just chillin on the side of the register while he was suppse to be taking car of a customer, in which he took for ever to check her out, only positive thing to say is at least neither of them were rude, but lack motivation or enthusiasm for their job

I was able to find an oxigen sensor for my car which i was not able to find in autozone or in OReillys, and they also rent the tools to remove it and mount it.
