I came in there because I needed a battery and Ashley came out read what the problem was and she was like yeah its the battery so she read my options and instead of just handing me the battery because it was almost time to close she went outside took my battery out put my new one in for me and stood there until it was OK for me to drive she was hoping the censors would pop up so she could read any other problems for me. I would say she most definitely went over what she needed to make sure I was satisfied. She is an awesome worker so Ill be going back and only working with her.

Some parts are out of stock. Like serpentine belt should be available everywhere in my opinion but then I can understand with the whole covid situation it might have effected the stocks here as well. But extremely friendly workers here makes up for the shortage. Thank you.

I was able to borrow a tool for a job.

Charged my card 280 dollars without telling me how much they charged me and without sending me a receipt.... then when I find out I dont need the part and call back for a refund they are unable to do it over the phone and tell me to come in. Which I cant because I put my car in the shop instead of doing it myself.

The lines are long and maybe only 2 people working. Excellent service on replacing my windshield wiper

The employee greeted me when I entered the Joliet store and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. He walked me over the section with the replacement headlight bulbs and explained the different options available for my vehicle. He then brought the product up front, rang it up and told me to have a nice day. It was a pleasant experience..

I was there to buy some USB type adapters and some antifreeze I will say after I was browsing around for five minutes or so more than one person working there asked me if I needed help. So its a good place to check out

Great auto parts sales, excellent service! They have a car scanner code box that help you determine what parts you will need to change or have a mechanic replace & change to fix your car engine.

Alfredo L. is the man to see if youre having car trouble. My stress level was a bit elevated until I pulled in to AutoZone on Cass street. Alfredo asked a couple of questions, clapped his hands together, told me to pop the hood and the rest was History🍹🎉✌🏼

I went to purchase ArmorAll and picked it myself. Cashier asked Cash or credit card. I said cash and was being directed to another cashier. Told him never mind, Ild pay with 💳.

So I went in to ask if they could replace the brake light bulb in my car. Online reflects they have to look it up and if they can and have the staff then they will. First guy passes me off to the next. Next guy says he doesn’t know how to do it. Then he says because of the corona virus they are not allowed outside. I would be ok with that statement if autozone had said that on the site. At this point he could of just said no one was available at this time to do it or hell he could have even said they can’t do it on my vehicle.

They have very slow service if there are just three customers in the store be prepared to wait however they are very resourceful and fair

I dont recommend this placeOnly certain salesman know what there talking about.

The Manager was not very helpful. She pulled a clerk, who was helping me to help another customer. Then when he was done with the other customer, he had to attend to other customers who were waiting in the cashiers line. It took an hour to get a pack of tail lights. I do not understand why the Manager and Trainee couldnt handle the flow of customers on their own and had to take my clerk away.

Willie ramiro Took care of me today and I was treated really nice and give him a race I when in store with a radiator hose problem and janet Contreras and willie ramiro help me find the hose i needed glad to fix the problem. Happy customer

I loved this place because they cary the finest muffler bearings known to man. But please tell me why I have to wait in two lines every time.

Will not be coming back to this store. The first time we came here we were sold parts for a completely different car, and when we came back to get the correct parts, the exchange took over an hour and cost even more than we originally paid. Some employees do know what they are talking about, but the majority (and even the manager) do not.

Not a very good experience I asked to check my alternator to see if it was okay the lady that helped me had a mouth full of food check the alternator said it was fine which it wasnt poor service always have to wait

AutoZone is losing grounds on customer relationship Im Be going to AutoZone for many years they lost sight of their customers they used to have reward program they managed to butcher. It to death makes it totally useless need to go back to old ways

Janet contrerasI was so glad to make it to Auto zone on cass street and call in the store and told the young lady about the noise on the car and to come to find out no oil was in the car so she was nice enough to check the oil and it needed 3 quarts.

Terrible service. Employees were complaining since I walked in the door & when I asked them if they knew if a certain oil was for a skid steer I got attitude & a “How would I know, I don’t own a tractor.”

Been in Auto Zones in many different states this place is the worst. Bad service. Good at not updating points. Bad attitudes..Go to New Lenox Auto Zone and its totally the opposite. Service is excellent every time.

Autozone has lost a very large amount of customers due to their poor service and low knowledge of parts. I ordered a alternator for my vehicle and they said they would call me when it was in and never did. As well as their staff giving my family the wrong parts on 3 delegate occasions. I would not suggest going here to get parts and to go to another auto part store. Very disappointed.
