I had some issues finding a security Allen wrench for my license plate holder and after searching several stores, TJ at Napa was not only able to find the part but also took the time (in the rain no less) to make sure it fit and would work on the screws. Had the best price on the headlight bulb BUT disappointed me because they were not allowed to help me replace it - after I had been advised by someone to drive past 4 other auto part stores because NAPA is known for helping you put in bulbs and do simple replacements. I walked out of the store without making a purchase. 😢

Wow! Huge, clean store! Everyone was so friendly. Nelson was a huge help and was extremely patient (he figured out the correct part I needed). Even with the frustration of dealing with someone like me, he kept a smile on his face the entire visit. I absolutely trust this Napa. A+

Was looking for a 5/8 crush washer all over town. I called this store to ask them if they carried them. The guy that answered the phone thought about it for 2 seconds before telling me they dont. So I started looking everywhere else I could to get it locally. Finally found out they list them as copper gaskets on the website, but anyone that works in automotive parts should know what a crush washer is. The website said they had them in stock, so I go there to show them on my phone. Im not exaggerating at all when I say I stood there for 10 minutes with another customer in front of me who walked in just in front of me. No less than three people were walking around behind the counter, and for 10 minutes, not one of them addressed us. They literally acted like we werent standing there. I understand they may have been busy, but two of the guys were walking around like they were lost. Finally another employee came through the front door and helped the guy in front of me. About 5 minutes later, one of the lost looking guys decided to step up to the counter and asked what I needed. I showed him the part number and got my parts in less than a minute and out the door. I wasted a solid 6 hours trying to get this part because the person on the phone didnt want to be bothered checking if they had it.

I needed help finding a part for an old truck and not only did Allen find it, he went out of his way to make sure that the bolingbrook store reserved it for me. Thank you, Allen for all you do. Its very much appreciated!

Went there once for something small to be done and was satisfied so went back with a different problem, the guy tried to tell me $700 plus to fix problem, I said thats crazy, forget it, then the price went down to 500 plus! I left,I feel he tried to screw me because Im a woman. Then he was rude. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them.

Call for airline repair kit for rubber airline. Lady told me for couple for airline when said union for repair. Spoke with the guy when I got there union. No one here I spoke to knew what a airline union or pharaoh for airline or repairing a rubber airline need truck parts this place not for you.

Wont take back a part that they sold us, $100.00, the guy said was specifically for my car and when my husband went to put it on it was the wrong part and had to go to OReilly Auto Parts because NAPA was closed when he was changing the part and we showed the guy at OReilly what part we got from NAPA he LAUGHED and said it wasnt even for a Nissan. So I have a brand new ball joint that cant even be used. This is so scrappy!!

Was having problems with my battery not starting my car. Asked the guy behind the counter if they could test the battery and he said I’d need to bring it inside. Asked if they could give me a jump if my car wouldn’t start after the test and he dismissively said he couldn’t. (I don’t think he wanted to go out in the cold.) Drove down the street to O’Reilly’s where they took care of me and did the test in less than five minutes while the battery stayed attached to the engine.
