Rick was amazing in helping us buy a new car for our daughter. We came in with a mindset for a car a year or two old and Rick explained all the benefits to going new including the lifetime warranty and the price was not much different then the used cars. Rick made sure we found a car with with all the safety features to make sure our daughter had a safe vehicle as well. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Jose! Ive been searching for months to find a good SUV, but I was only getting cars. I explained to Jose why I couldnt budge on what I needed, and he actually listened unlike everywhere else! This location seems very unorganized. We made a reservation to speak with a sales associate this past weekend and to do a test drive of a specific make/model of car that we were interested in buying. A few days before the appointment I got a call saying the car was on the lot, however, they did not tell me that this car was immediately sold a few hours later. The morning of the appointment we received a call to confirm the appointment but no mention was made of the car already being sold. So we drove 45min. to Joliet only to find out that they did not have any car for us to test drive. There were barely any new cars on the lot. Not to mention the sales associate I spoke to on the phone was not there and we got some one else. Upon finding out that the car was not on the lot our sales associate gave us no other options. We had to ask to at least get a test drive of an older version of the car we were looking for. They did not try to discuss other options with us like building the car online and ordering it or discussing pricing. After the test drive was over we pretty much just left. I felt like we were just being pushed out of there and our time was wasted. I shouldnt have to ask for these services, I know times are different now with the COVID outbreak but there needs to be better communication. What is the point of making an appointment? Sorry to say, but I will not be buying from this dealership.

I had the car for 30 days I put rims and put tint on the windows I sold my other car and 30 days later they tell me they couldnt find Financing. After they said I was all good .dont trust world of kia in Joliet. And they came to my job and got the car and I had know way home.

Was doing some research on a car I was highly interested in, made the mistake of giving their website my phone number. First phone call was a very nice lady, whom I informed i was only doing research, and that I was out of town. Even if I did want to stop into the showroom, I couldnt at the time.Since that original discussion this place has been calling me OVER and OVER... ive already told them before to remove my number from their list and they wont do it. Why in the world would I buy a car from you people ? You think harrassing people is gonna make them want to spend 30 grand with you ? Ill find the same new car at a different dealership and they will have the easiest sale ever.

We’ve purchased 2 vehicles from world Kia. We get our oil changes done with them. Let me start by saying my service advisor Marquis Wilson was a 5/5 star! He was so friendly, accommodating and also called to give updates regularly. I would of given a 5/5 if the oil changes didn’t take so long. Even with making an appointment it’s an hour and 15 min time frame and this usually can extend longer with delays as well as if the car needs anything more and they don’t have parts available on hand. So I would say it’s always best to be dropped off and come back or have something to do while you wait.

Was interested in a car that they listed on their website as available. They are about an hour from where I live and there is a Kia dealership about 10 minutes away but they dont have the model I want. I called to confirm and was told that yes its on the lot but I would need an appointment. He says he will have it all gassed up and ready to test drive. Its straight up data collection but whatever. I provide my info and make the hour drive. When I get to the dealership Im greeted by a salesperson and I tell them I have an appointment to see this particular vehicle. Sure, sure no problem. Let me get your information etc. 10 minutes later she comes back to the desk where Im sitting with a story about the porter backing the vehicle into something and its in the body shop. Um, no Im not interested in another vehicle. Classic bait and switch. If you cant trust this dealership to even tell you the truth on if they have a certain vehicle just to get you into the dealership what else would they lie about? Ill find another dealer.

I highly recommend this dealer very satisfied with the service. Best customer service from the phone all the way in person. My car needed a very expensive repair very sad news for me, I was not looking to buy but, it was the best decision I made with the big help and patience of Carlos. I will definitely refer others.

The WORST place to ever go everything they say is a LIE. The worst management team I’ve ever worked with, the GM Camille is USELESS never answers calls or returns them then the numbers are never match to what they tell you on phone. Then there’s the SLOB they call Soto another sales manager and when he actually does something he is the rudest guy ever, a serial LIAR and is a waste of space. STAY AWAY!!! The lies and bad prices are not worth the stress they will cause you. They are bad to the core even the owners are bad people. They don’t even deserve a single star.

I have different people calling me saying different things. The last call I received was to tell me they were able to find a different lender that would make my payments almost $200 cheaper. I was hyped. Then I call today to find out where the contract was and who I am supposed to pay, to be told that it didnt get approved and that they would have to figure out what the payment is. I am on disability and have a fixed income. The original payment was already too high for me to then have that turned down and another lender raise my payment over $100 to them be told it was coming down almost $200 to NOT be called to say it wasnt being lowered. Im being bamboozled and now I have to find the extra money I was told I was saving.Not happy.

Typical salesman, trying to push a car on me by keep telling me how much it’ll good for my family. Telling me over and over how he “cares about my family and I” just typical salesman. When it came time to make a deal they did not show me any numbers, just monthly payments. I felt like they were trying to make my trade in, which was much nicer and had way more technology, like it wasn’t worth much; but we wanted an SUV. What really bugged me that I got a call 10 minutes after we left and he told me to have my wife go on her phone and leave a 5 star review. I told him we would do it later when I got home, but he would NOT stop insisting that he NEEDS me to do it right now. It took me over 2 weeks to get a hold of someone from the finance department. Every time I’d call they would transfer me 3 times to the wrong person and never got a call back. Would not recommend
