I found the most GORGEOUS West Elm dresser here and got the best deal! The dresser has damage to the corner, but it’s something I can easily patch up. I have more damage to some of my furniture after a recent move. I can’t believe that it was more than half off. Plus, with their credit card promotion, it was a steal. The store was able to set up delivery, which was pricey. However, it was my only option and I was so in love. I purchased on Monday and had it delivered on Thursday.If you have been to a pottery barn or west elm, you know that they are not budget friendly... and delivery times are insane. So yes, things here are expensive even with 50% off. But again, this is not cheap furniture.

Ive been going to Pottery Barns for years! When I found out about Pottery Barn/ West Elm outlet I can’t stop going there. I found the most gorgeous things for such a great deal. Its a wonderful experience shopping at this store. What makes it more enjoyable is the customer service especially the manager John he’s one of a kind. You can ask him anything he will get it done. Also everyone who works there are very helpful. Very impressed on my last visit they wrapped my mirror super nice. highly recommend this store.

Odd location, not much nearby. Would benefit from being located nearer an outlet mall. Wasnt worth the trip for me. Items are final sale but odds and ends at best. Good luck trying to find matching chairs. Perhaps you will be luckier than me. Prices werent much better than a good and healthy PB sale. Their kid department was decent. Bear in mind, bring someone strong... no load assistance due to CoVid restrictions. On the bright side, the facility was clean, spacious and comfortable for shopping, plenty of parking.

Bought two identical 8x10 area rugs and the price was too good to be true. I was shocked. Discounts around the store were 50-60% off lowest price.We thought the rug was a mistake with the price and then when we got to the register, it was cut in half two more times. Unbelievable, maybe my lucky day. The gentlemen that got the rugs out for us and rolled them up was so friendly and patient, I didn’t catch his name. And we checked out with Rose, she was so nice and helped us around the store too. A+ service. The manager at the time seemed nice as well. Overall, was so happy with my purchase.The rugs looks great! I will definitely be back despite the hike to Joliet. Thanks!!

The location Is a little odd. Items are still pricey. You can find much better condition item at the almost same price their website. Unless otherwise there would be a special additional 50%, the price is still high. Crate & Barrel outlet has a great location and has much more selection in a smaller space.

Basically it’s full price with 40% taken off but that is not worth it for the damage to most of the items. Not worth the compromise

As with most outlets, everything is final sale, which is incredibly irritating when anything glass that you purchase comes broken and you cant return it. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, though, so for that reason, we would give them another shot. The products are hit or miss. They promote West Elm products, however, there is very few West Elm products available at any given time, and besides tiny chairs, there wasnt much for kids stuff. But again, products come and go, so well hopefully have better luck next time!

Everything is final sale, so you really have to know if something will work in your space. Prices are decent for the quality. I didnt feel comfortable that things would work well enough to justify the prices without being able to return. I probably wont go back for that reason.

The location is very hidden away. Beautiful pieces there. The prices for an outlet are ridiculous. I guess if you have a lot money, and arent very smart with it you would shop there. I thought the prices would be a lot more reasonable.

Nice spot, nice items and a friendly staff to boot.I saw on Yelp this place getting trashed but my experience there a month ago was pleasant.Actually, I can’t wait to go back especially since a lot of their items (including West Elm) was 40% off!

First time in there intersting store prices were a tad high for outlet but i do not know regular prices

Worth the drive if you are in downtown chicago. We came for a rug and they had a great selection of all sizes, including runners. Furniture and accessories were plentiful, and the staff was attentive. If you are in the market for homegoods / accessories, it is a must stop.

For an outlet store, this place is still expensive. Plan to bring a full wallet. I did, however find a good deal (50% off) on the silicone dishware for my toddler niece. Its a super cute elephant bowl and plate with separate compartments. Good place to browse but for those on a budget, not friendly on the wallet.

This was the worst outlet I have ever been too. The prices were not great and the items were bad. The rugs were disgusting, they were dirty and ugly. This outlet made me never want to go to the real store again. It was very disappointing.

My wife and I love the deals here. We bought chairs that are sold for $400 in their normal stores for less than $200 at their outlet. We got an area rug for 60% off. If you are part of the Key Rewards program, you can use/earn rewards.The downside is that you must inspect what you are buying. Some of their inventory is damaged, so be cautious. They do not allow returns.Another downside is shipping. They have a third party company they partner with that will deliver your items to your home, if you need. This is not the same service you get with large items ordered through their normal stores. I have never used the third party service, but it is kind of pricey. I was able to rent a truck and move the chairs I purchased to my home for nearly $100 less than the third party service would have charged.

Extremely overpriced and very expensive!!! We will never go back. We very rarely ever leave a store empty handed. But this place was priced way out of our league!!! Especially for Joliet. Cant believe this place has lasted this long in this location.

Wow this place is expensive...I can get better deals at the regular pottery barn store with sales and mark downs. A big red sign at the entrance says take an additional 50% off but I did not find any markdowns so you are only getting the mark down on original prices, very disappointing. Dont waste your time, or money.

I’ve come in here a few times. Sometimes find great buys, sometimes not much. Pricing to me seems good. The price on the sticker is not the price. If people would read the signs, most things are 50% off or more. I was able to snag some mirrors for 75% off! Just need to get in there and look around.

Went to look for a bed, found it not in my size but then ordered it. PB is pricey And to order furniture online without having seen it, including their outrageous delivery charge, was too much for me! So I drove 90 miles there and back to make sure I would like the bed I was ordering. I ordered it in August it’s now November and they say it will be delivered in December. Let’s hope! Everything in the store is 50% off and I did wind up buying a coffee table and a rug and a few other things. This was quite a perk during pandemic

8-6-20 Wow! I’ve bought many items from both Pottery barn and the outlet over the years. NEVER have I talked to anyone as unhelpful as John the assistant visual manager at the pottery barn outlet in Joliet. The outlets are generally very helpful if I call and ask if they have an item they look it up on their system and are very friendly. John Refused to look up whether they had a rug that I’ve been looking for also told me that it “doesn’t work that way” even after many years of it working that way for me and very helpful associates. I called last week and a very nice lady told me the rug I am looking for is supposed to be on a truck they haven’t yet unpacked and that I should call back today. Called back today and got John. I know it’s hard to find good associates right now but Hoping you can do better than JOHN ASSISTANT VISUAL MANAGER.

Way to expensive even with the discounts for damaged items (no matter how minimal the damage).

Youll find Pottery Barn items at 50 to 75 percent off the regular, instore price. It is well worth the trip out. Some items are damaged, most are not. There everything from furniture to childrens items, form towels to light fixtures. I found the best deals in off-season decorating items, light fixtures, and bargain bins in the back. The cardboard bins in the back were full of elaborate childrens Halloween costumes in the middle of January; I snagged several in several sizes for both the dress up bin at home future holidays.

Place is definitely not for everyone, I’ve shopped PB online for years, the discount is refreshing. The items they sell are great quality, as I see it, you get what you pay for. Seems to be a local house wife campaign against this place with all 1star reviews. “I don’t see it staying here long at these prices.” What gives ....lolFound what I thought to be some pretty decent deals at this outlet. Usually there is an additional 30-50% off their outlet prices.It was rather crowded the 3 times I have been out there. In addition we utilized their same day deliver via 3rd party which was a good deal considering the among of items we purchased. Floor staff was helpful thought not all fully trained up yet.Get more shopping carts!

I just walked in and after looking around and at prices I can say that this wont be here long.Prices are way to high for this area.The word OUTLET conjures up thoughts of great prices. Not here.The stores in the area have nothing to worry about.

Super cheap prices on pottery Barn items. Everything from rugs, indoor, outdoor, to pottery Barn kids. Super unorganized, but fun to comb through everything like a flea market and all authentic pottery Barn items. Enjoy the scavenger hunt!

Have to turn on to a road that says no trucks just to get to the store. Once you get to the store the dock was very easy. Pass the store turn just before tracks. And than turn right were the door that has address is. Docks will be on the right but just pull up and do a straight line back. Appointment was 730. Staff arrived at 8 and broke seal. Had me unloaded in about 2 1/2 hours. Friendly staff. Was able to sleep over night no issues. The turns getting in and out are tight but can be done. Not a bad place to deliever other than having to be on a road that says no trucks. Need to change it to no trucks except delievery.

My husband and I just walked in to check the place out. We walked around the entire store, and were sticker shocked. We thought we were walking into an outlet store, and were under the impression that there would be some good deals to be had. Considering all sales are final in the store - there’s absolutely no way I would pay the prices they were asking. My husband expressed, “WTH PB, this isn’t Oakbrook.” We don’t expect the place will be around long at this price point.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!! I made a purchase back on December 12, 2019 and their computer went down after I slid my debit card. She said it didnt go through so rang everything back up and slid my card again. Well guess what? I got double charged and Ive been fighting with them ever since and still have not gotten my money back!!! How horrible!!!

Website claims they open at 10:00. Drove two hours to find a note “closed for inventory”. Was told would open at 1:30. Told at 1:30 maybe another hour. In this day and age UPDATE your website!!!
