Went in looking for scrubs and got so much help! Employees were super helpful showing me what to get and pulling what I would love! Would recommend coming here looking for scrubs..especially first time buyers like me !:)

Nice store and I had a lot to choose from, more than expected. The staff working at the time was sooo helpful in suggesting uniforms and knew the products/materials (and easily looked up what she didn’t know off hand) She also offered ordering pieces knowing I needed petite sizes and helped me get the right sizes while in the fitting room. What a gem she was. I signed up for the rewards program too. I only wish they took returns even if they are unworn with tags still on. But staff is helpful enough to find what I needed.

We needed a nice uniform shop in Joliet. Very good selection, the customer service is exceptional.

Esmeralda helped me in the store today. She was kind and thorough, maintained a clean environment and was careful not to return tried-on items back to the racks. LeBella is really keeping things clean in this pandemic! She was also very thoughtful with making suggestions for me in regard to my scrub top choices. She was also very knowledgeable about the embroidery services they offer too. Will shop here again!

Terrible place to get uniforms. When they want to charge you what they want and not even know how much you paid. I paid up originally everything and come back to pick up my uniforms to find out I owe $43.00 and theres an extra scrub top which i never ordered. Luckily, I had the receipt to prove what i actually paid. because he didnt even know I paid more. I have already emailed the school about it.

This was my first stop to finding scrubs and they literally had everything! Marisela was so much help, she found exactly what I was looking for and even offered to order things for me in the right size! Would defiantly recommend this place!!

Had a slight issue with ordering a few days ago at JJC came in the store and Erica was great! She got me the help I needed to order my uniforms for the Spring semester. She was much more pleasant than the man I encountered at the uniform fitting. Glad I got the chance to come into the store. They have some really nice scrubs! I may return soon for some uniforms for work.

Loved being able to walk in and shop with offered help but not bombarded with nagging employees following me around trying to help.

I am a new nursing student and purchased my scrubs through La Belle as required for the program. I received my scrubs and inspected that I had the right size and patch (which I did) and then put them aside till it was time to be worn. FF to a month later, I take the shirts out of the bag to be washed and to my surprise there is a straight razor type line/rip across the front of my scrub top. So I went into the store and the clerk there was very nice and understood my situation. She called her manager and the manager refused to exchange my top for a new 1. Because it was past the 2 wk mark. Now I understand that I shouldve took the entire top out but I obviously didnt feel the need to take all my scrubs out to inspect for rips. Im not asking for my money back, all I want is an exchange. Not like I took a razor to my own personal school top. For the amount of money I spent on all my scrubs and tags, asking for a replacement isnt too much to ask. Especially when it was on their end as to the damage. *** UPDATE** I had to call corporate office and they fixed the issue. The man, paul I think his name was....was very nice and understanding and issued a replacement. I think it may be time to get a new manager, 1 with costumer and people skills.

The store associate was sooo sweet and helpful. They had options in my sizes and had super comfy brands !! I will be shopping again!

The young girl Who worked today @1pm looked me right in my face and lied. I was called yesterday and told my uniform top was ready and I can pick them up from the joliet location. Wednesday I drove 40 mins to only be told there not here there still in Mokena why did you even call me then ? She claims Mokena told me they were going to be ready in 1/2 days. That’s not true and very unprofessional. Then when I told her I would contact a manager she basically was like oh well. I’ve spent a lot of money at this location and definitely will never return. Do better business to keep your customers happy. Especially when they spend good money with you.

Lupe was fantastic! Even though we arrived right before closing she was very helpful and attentive and made sure I found everything I was looking for! Would highly recommend.

Ordered my shirts...took over 3 weeks. Said it was taking that long because I had logo put on. When I went to finally pick up, they forgot the logo. Said theyd have to send it back out & wait a week. I asked for my money back since the logo wasnt done, manager said they dont do refunds on special orders. But...it wasnt even pit on the shirt. Calling corporate office

I can honestly not say enough wonderful things about this location. The main girl inside is always so sweet and willing to help with me with my complicated and picky order. She really makes buying uniforms for work enjoyable and not stressful at all on me.

This is the worst place to shop for scrubs. The owner recently sue a customer who is a black to court because she placed an order and came back the next day to canceled it. The owner frame story that the lady thrown cloth on an employee. The owner is racist. Dont go shop here if u are of color. Thank God the cameras at the store save my sister. The owner dont have good management and controls the workers as slaves. There is no return of iterms at the store. The owner is very rude and disrespectful to customers.

Place is very nice to shop at. Very organized and clean. I feel like im on a splurge rather than an obligated work shopping trip. The associate, carolina was very patient and helpful. She looked for the item i wanted online while i tried on other things, answered my questions and found everything i asked her for. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because it is slightly overpriced since i found my just purchased items cheaper down the street. Would still overpay for the service and presentation though.
