Good experience this time just had to sell two hogs and a beef to pay for it all and this was just for maintenance service! I never get coupons for diesel maintenance, but when coupons (not diesel) do come in its always just a few days after I get my service done and would be out dated for the next required service. Go figure!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change as recommended by my car’s scheduled regimen and the woman that checked me in was sent out with some bogus board saying the mechanics recommended I change out “three other fluids (a “4 diff change”?). I believe she meant changing out my brake, steering, and transmission fluids in addition to the oil change. I feel they were trying to get me to agree to a bogus service and I will not be back.

My vehcile was serviced in June for an issue with the #8 injector. I was called by GMC, and it was recommended that I also have an oil change and full service. I believe it is called a 22-point inspection. This should have included transmission fluid check according to GMC. This was not done. My most recent appointment involved a transmission issue. The transmission fluid was burned and I was advised that I needed a $5,500 transmission. I asked the service tech (Kaleem) if the transmission fluid was checked and he said there is no record that it was checked. I was advised that a sample is usually tested and this was not done. Kaleems service was excellent, and he forwarded me to James. James was rude and unhelpful. It was like pulling teeth to get him to discuss issues. After that, I spoke with the general manager (David Smith) thinking that I could at least find out what happened, and the bottom line is that he said I could not prove that the burnt transmission fluid caused the transmission failure. He did admit that detecting an issue in June could have resolved the problem, but kept saying that I could not prove it was burned in June. He is correct, I paid GMC to check it and they failed to check it, so I cant prove the condition of the transmission fluid. He failed to address the main issue. I paid for a 22 point inspection and did not get what I paid for. If the transmission fluid was checked in June, I could of had the opportunity to address a significant transmission issue. He even agreed that this could have been a possiblity. No apology was provided for not checking the transmission fluid in June. He actually said, I can pull the ticket to check but it wont change my position. The ticket was already reviewed and the transmission fluid was not checked. Management was arrogant and unhelpful. I will drive to a different GMC dealership before I use their services again. Unbelievable.

They overcharged for my oil change, giving me a premium oil change that I didn’t ask for! I was also told I would be able to use a $25 coupon they had on hand, but when I was paying my bill, John Turner wasn’t there and the person checking me out said I couldn’t use the coupon on an oil change even though John was giving it to me. I went in for a basic synthetic oil change and tire rotation and John Turner said it was time for cabin air filter change and air filter change at 40,000 miles so I told him to go ahead with those! They did give me a ten dollar labor discount but I was expecting less than $100 for my visit and it ended up costing $189.10 with the ten dollar discount.

It took them a week and a half to get my vehicle done when I was told it was a 2 to 3 day job. I had to pay for my rental out of pocket once my care guard ran out because they would not let me drive anything they had they told me I was out of luck. And now I have something loose in the front end of my vehicle. I called today to see if they covered this since they did a front end alignment but she told me since they didn’t specifically fix that then there was nothing they could do. The service was horrible the lady I talked to Jamie was very rude and treated me like trash.
I was informed my battery tested low and I would need to replace it. I did and two days later my truck would not start!
Everything was handled professionally and everyone was very nice!! It could have been done a little quicker, but overall very good service!

Excellent customer service
I had an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for my vehicle at the dealership for an hour and 45 minutes, which is the longest Ive ever had to wait. I was expecting an hour wait. The service man said that the oil pump that they used broke/had issue and that is what caused such the long wait. I hope this is not the case next time or I will probably go elsewhere.

From the minute I walked in (without an appointment) they were friendly and quick to assess my vehicle to see how they could best serve my needs. I did not purchase the vehicle from them, although I have purchased from them in the past and they recognized me, they still treated me with first class priority. I had an extended warranty through Ally and they were very knowledgeable with that as well and I left feeling very confident that they would handle the situation correctly. They even provided me with a very clean courtesy vehicle from their lot to drive until my vehicle was complete. They kept me up to date on the progress by a text messaging system which was very nice. This cut down on the unknown and second guessing about what was going on with the progress of the service. I was amazed at how quickly my vehicle was completed and they were prompt about calling me to let me know to pick it up at my convenience. I am so thankful for the service department at Central Buick GMC for helping me get back on the road so quickly. And I feel confident in knowing that the work that was done was quality work.

9/16/2016 I had an appointment at 10:30 am to have my oil changed, tires rotated and a seat bottom replaced on my 2016 GMC Denali . I drove away after 3:00 pm very disappointed in how everything was handled.While was getting my oil changed, I was looking at a new 2017 GMC Denali. Josh King, a salesman for Central GMC, came to me and said hed like to work out a deal on a trade. This was about 10:30 that morning. I have bought new trucks the last 3 years. I bought a 2016 Denali from Central GMC .We negotiated several prices on the 2017 Denali. I kept going up on my offers to try to make the deal. This lasted for several hours while I was supposed to be getting my oil changed. I shot one last offer within $750.00 of their price and they wouldnt come down. In the amount of time this had taken, youd think my truck would be ready. It wasnt. Josh (the salesman) had told the people working on my truck that he had traded for my truck and it was their truck. So the shop put the truck on the back burner thinking it was their truck. So they were in no hurry to get it done. Obviously, the trade had not been finalized, so Josh King had jumped ahead. Im very disappointed in the way business was handled. By now, it was 3:00PM . So I drove off very angry in this whole ordeal . I got down the street and my phone rang. It was Central GMC wanting to make it right with me. They offered another price-an additional $500.00 off. Now the price was within $250.00 of what I had originally offered. Let ask you what you would have done .They still couldnt swallow their pride and make it right and accept my original offer. If they would have offered this deal 4 1/2 hours earlier, I would have accepted it. So, Josh King, good luck in future sales. We all learn from our mistakes, and remember -your customers are your future.

They lied and told me that my parts would be covered under warranty when I dropped it off but then they called me back and said the parts weren’t covered u see warranty. I told them then I didn’t want them to replace anything but then they charge me $119 for a diagnostic fee!! I would have never left it there if they wouldn’t have lied and said the parts would be covered in the first place!! So I payed $119 for absolutely nothing!!! Do not go here!!!

Josh was our salesman. We bought the car. Day 2 found out it was messed up. Spent over $300 to have it fixed. I asked for reimbursement. That didnt happen. I was told I would get a new windshield. After 5 days he said he would come get it from me at work and bring it back. He picked it up so late I had to get a ride to go get it. Now Im waiting on the second key that he offered to bring to me last Thursday. I have text him with no reply. Very unhappy with this place.
