Could not be more pleased with my experience here. I have been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past as I have pretty much no knowledge on the subject but Brian was honest, kind, and explained everything to me in simple terms even I could understand. My car was finished so quickly and they called me with lots of updates, I was never left in the dark. I would recommend anyone to university auto!!!

Honest, fair, and reasonable.Had a vehicle I wanted to get inspectes before I bought it.It was diagnosed with over $800 if problems in a minute, saved me quite a bit versus taking the vehicle to a dealer for the same thing.Absolutely would recommend!

No. No. No. Had my car 4 months & it was a nightmare. Wont answer calls or return messages. Delay after delay after delay. Finally took my car home even tho it was barely drivable. Broke down on the way home. $560 wasted with University Auto!!!

Theyre knowledge of cars is encyclopedic and their ability to diagnose problems is uncanny. They give fair estimates and honest opinions, generally in a really timely manner. There are no surprise charges, no fooling around. If you check out a lot of other spots in town, youll see that theyve padded their reviews with friends and family that make it sound like a tune-up is like a trip to Disney World. No, I trusted the 5-star reviews for this place and Im glad I did. Take your business here. Seriously.

Bryan is the man! I suspected that my water pump was leaking so I took it to him. Within a single day he was able to confirm that the pump was leaky, order another, replace it, and do a flush despite seeming quite busy. Hes extremely efficient and knowledgeable at what he does.Furthermore, the final price was lower than initially quoted (which was already a fair price to begin with). Bryan also provided a lifetime warranty for the new pump so I dont have to worry about it failing again. You cant go wrong with University Auto. I will continue to bring my business here; theyve certainly earned it.

I fancy myself a bit of a mechanic. l like to fix my own things when I can and do everything perfectly. Luckily, when the world reminds people like me that we are full of it, there are people like Bryan to turn to, He is honest, extremely fair and most importantly a true, efficient mechanic. My truck is fixed, under expected price, and accompanied by a very good feeling of not being run-around or over charged. To top out off, I was unable to pick the truck up when it was finished due to travel on my end and Bryan allowed the truck to stay there at his shop until I could return. The guy even took stuff out fo the bed while the vehicle was parked outside. Who thinks of that? University Auto does. This is not simply the best best place in Jonesboro to trust your vehicle maintenance, this is the best place I found in 20 years across the US. I could not be happier with the experience and will not only be a return customer the next time I think Im auto-savvy and need a reminder, but I will happily recommend University Auto to any of my friends or family. Brian is a great and honest mechanic. He fixed my G35 quickly and his bill came in significantly below his estimate. Another mechanic would probably charge you the original estimated price.You won’t go wrong if you go to him for all your car problems.

I took my 2006 Scion to have a clutch pressure plate and throwout bearing and a cv axle put in and they had it done the very next day and not only that they did a couple things that they didnt have to do at no cost by far they are very respectful and a five star rating would be understatement what they should have would be a 10 star they are very courteous and respectful and I would recommend them to anyone that has a vehicle that needs to be worked on I wouldnt take it to anyone else but University Auto Brian is going to be my full-time mechanic without a doubt and I also just wanted to say thank you Brian for staying late and getting my car done for me and doing them few things that you didnt have to do thank you very much....

I took my car in for a free estimate for my car pulling to the right, and they found out that my tie rod needed to be replaced. When they found out it was just some simple retightening and realignment that made the tie rod look broken, they fixed it and charged me nothing. They wouldnt even take money when I offered. Great customer service here. I will definitely come here for my auto needs.

Brian Smallman is a GIFTED mechanic. He can fix any car, all motors, boat, car four wheelers, pumps, etc. All my other mechanics where book trained but they had their limits. Brian is gifted so he naturally and quickly KNOWS what is wrong. I have used him for 6 years.

They spent a week working with me trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, when no one else could. They inspected every inch of the car and figured out the problem. Regrettably it was a problem with the tires so I had to take it to the tire and lube. But they didnt charge me a penny after all their hard work and patience trying to help me with the problem. I would definitely recommend them. Theyre polite and thorough.
