Fast and quality service! Im in and out for a synthetic oil change in less than 30 minutes (if I arrive right at 8 am). With it being right down the road from where I work, its convenient and the staff are friendly! Ive been going here with multiple cars for years, and the new owners were nice and helpful. I recommend their services!

I had the best experience recently when my car was overheating, but we couldnt figure out why. I took it to them and they looked at it. At first, they didnt think think they would be able to get a hose that was damaged, but they continued to exhaust all options until they were successful at locating the part. I expected to pay hundreds to fix my car, but they were exceptionally reasonable on the price. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The service was quick and I couldnt be happier with my experience! They have my business and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Brought my truck in for a tire rotation, front end alignment, and to remove a screw/patch a hole in the front driver side tire. 1 week later, the steering pulls to the left and the front driver side tire still leaks, leading me to believe they neither patched the hole, nor rotated my tires. I gave them $120-ish dollars to pull my truck in, jack it up, and let it right back down apparently, and I’m very aggravated. Especially seeing as at one point you could get quality work done here at a reasonable price. Moral of the story, don’t come here expecting good quality work. (Or friendly staff, with exception of the older gentleman who works in the shop)

This business is under new management and a new name. I stopped going to Procare because I felt that I was done badly wrong once and I warned others to stay away.The name change prompted me to give them another try. I can now say that I will be coming back here to get my vehicles serviced. Very friendly people. No complaints.

They have always been very nice and reasonable with the prices of repairs. Ive taken both of my vehicles in for service and sometimes just to have a check up. They have been my auto repair service and oil changes for 5 yrs and will remain my favorite place to go. I recommend Procare to everyone in this area

We drive from Weiner to get our oil changes and car car . Great service and prices. As a woman I feel very comfortable going there and dont feel like Im being taken advantage of very honest.

Under new owners and they are really good honest people. I spent a couple of hours there waiting on a colleague and observed 4-5 very satisfied customers several of whom are repeat clients.

Dont bring your vehicle here. The new owners of about a year or so are the rudest Ive ever seen. The very rude lady at the front desk will tell you in a nano second to take your business somewhere else. Thats what she told me. Very unprofessional! Ive done business at that location (with the previous owners) for years and never had any problems at all. My first three visits with the new owners all turned out to be bad experiences. With her bad attitude, I dont expect them to be in business for long. I know I will not be going back.

Let me start off by saying I used to love this place. Everyone was kind and helpful. Several months back they got this new receptionist, or whatever she is and everything seems to have gone downhill. I called months ago to ask if they could replace water pumps. I was told they would call me back and never did. Today I heard a weird clicking sound coming from my engine area only when driving down the road. I dropped it off that morning and got a call a few hours later. All the woman said was your car is done come get it. I was like, well what was wrong with it? She said, they put it up on the rack and could hear what they think is an exhaust leak. I clarified, so did they drive it, cause thats the only way Ive ever heard it. She said, I dont know Ill have the mechanic call you. 20 mins later she calls, not a mechanic, and says once again you can come get your car. I was like, so they did drive it? She said yeah. So I said youre sure its an exhaust manifold and they did for sure drive it? She said yes. I said ok hung up and got my car. I wanted to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix at another shop so I called back to ask about where they thought the exhaust manifold was leaking, like a crack or a seal or what. She put in touch with a mechanic named Kieth. I was informed they dont know where its coming from and they dont even do exhaust manifolds in the first place. (This kinda surprised me since they do custom exhaust when the exhaust manifold is in fact part of the exhaust.) Anyway they said the guy who picked the car up was very rude and kept insisting we drive the car when we already did. I said that was me and I wasnt even told the first time I was called if you had and just wanted to make sure the second call. I was informed they dont deal with people like me, to not come back, and hung up on. I personally, dont feel as though asking a question about my car to clarify whats wrong with it, when I wasnt even told, is in the slightest bit rude. I never once demanded they drive it, but I did state thats the only time I heard it, so if they did put it right on the rack and rev it I doubt they could have heard it. I tried to explain my side before I was hung up on, but whatever. I feel like if the receptionist was through and clear and actually informed customers what was wrong with their vehicle instead of you can come get it this whole thing might have been avoided, but since I wasnt allowed to speak my side and defend myself at the end I dont know.
