I got in a car accident back in May and have been fighting their insurance since. I was finally able to take my car to Central Collision on Monday and already picked it up today. It has been such a great experience working with them and you can tell they truly care about what they do. My car looks great and got a nice surprise when I got in and saw they had detailed it too. Central Collision did great job after I had a fender bender! Professional and courteous service. My car repair was completed in less time than I expected. My car looks fantastic and they even cleaned the interior.

They did a beautiful job on my vehicle. It is 2 1/2 years old and I was concerned about the paint match but it is perfect. Rick the manager noticed a spot not quite buffed right and had it done again.

I went with my car to repair back bumper after someone hit it. Try deliver my car with a non complete work, I went to complain and they apologies and suppose to do the job, but guest what? It was bad assemble again, after a third complain they basically accept the first time they assemble was without all pieces and that was the reason why the job was done incomplete, is the worst service I have received in a body shop, see my car with this bad reparation push me to change for a new one, I do not recommend go to this place, non profesional

While I was visiting Arkansas I was in an accident. My 2015 Toyota Tacoma wasnt drivable with left front damage. I had an important doctor appointment in Colorado in less than a week. Central Collision Center got my truck in their shop on Wednesday,they ordered parts and had me out and on the road Friday afternoon. Dane was very professional throughout the process making sure I made my Colorado appointment. Dane turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. I would recommend Central Collision Center to ANYONE, the PROFESSIONALISM WAS UNMATCHABLE and very APPRECIATED.

Went to Central to have my door handle properly reinstalled on my 2014 Silverado after another body shops work resulted in the handle coming off. Very nice people that got me in and out. Great service! I would recommend to anyone looking to have body work done.

They will not keep you up to date on the progress of your repair.

Took my new 2018 Silverado in to have warranty paint work completed and when I walked into the door Mr Rick Ashley talk with me and stated yes they could do it and would take about 2 weeks to complete. Well 2 week rolled around and it wasnt completed it was gonna be another week before it was done. The third week rolled around and it still wasnt completed it was going to be another week and I told them I had to have it back as I needed it for work related purposes. Well I get it back in the date I told them I needed it and noticed several things wrong from the first glance. The first this was instead of taping the inside where the could spray the whole uniside the taped just inside the door jams leaving a tape line all the way around.when they put the bed of the truck back on the scratched the back bumper and just left it and never tried to fix it. When installing the tag lights I put led bulbs in it and when I got it back it had 1 led and 1 normal buld and never bothered to tell me anything. They scratched the passenger side window tint and just left it never cleaned it up before giving it back. And the Mrs Ashley talks to you like I dont know what Im talking about when my family and friends do body work for a living. Then I have a talk with mr Mike Ashford and he talks to me like I dont know what Im talking about in the paint work and basically calls me a liar to my face and I told him that Ray Charles could have seen the tape lines inside the doors that I wasnt a normal person they were dealing with that I know my stuff on vehicles. So needless to say a jobs that was promised to take 2 week has now turned into 5 weeks and they have messed up more than they have fixed. Now when I walk in Mr Ashley will not speak or aknowledge my presence he will turn and walk away they have 1 good employee to my knowledge that has been very helpful in this time of need and Im not going to put his name out here. I have turned this matter over to GM for a resolution and filed a complaint.I would not recommend this place to anyone I will take my business back to where they treat you like a person and not just a number

I was in an accident and had sustained damage to the complete passenger side of my truck. Shawn was my advisor and could tell that I took care of my truck and did the same when it was left with him. He made sure to let me know progress on repairs and that I was completely satisfied when I came back to pick it up. Would highly recommend !

I have lived here for 15 years. I bought my 2002 Corolla in Hot Springs then I moved here and drove to Hot Springs for service. I was tired and I thought give Central Toyota a try....I was silly for 6 months to drive all the way to Hot Springs for an oil change. CENTRAL TOYOTA IS THE BEST. I AM VERY PICKY ABOUT MY CAR AND THEY STAY SHOW ROOM SHAPE AND I SO ENJOY WHEN ITS TIME TO COME TO Central.....love the service department...Stephen in parts is amazing I always call to him. I have had to use places for car damage getting hit here and there is no one better than Central Collision. Dane is great, Randal is great and my car came back today in perfect condition, it looks totally new....I just wonder is it a new car? No it’s my car I purchased in 2015 from Mel who is great and a soft sell.....my 2016. Corolla....but my car is perfect. I am 61, in sales and tv for 30 years NO ONE HAS FIXED MY CAR AS GREAT AT CENTRAL COLLISION CENTER JUST RIGHT DOWN FROM CENTRAL TOYOTA. THEY ARE MY GO TO AND I REALLY CRIED TODAY WHEN I SAW MY REPAIRED MY CAR. I HAVE TRIED TWo OTHER PLACES IN THIS TOWN....NO THEY DO NOT COMPARE. Yet, enteral Collision was not openness when I was hit. KNOW CAR DAMAGE REPAIR MY HUSBAND HAD A BUSINESS BEFORE HE DED...SO I KNOW WHAT FISH EYES ARE IN PAINT AND I TELL YOU I CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT Dane and Randall and others a Central Collision and they did not Sk for a review but people are so fast to gripe but slow or they never give praise when needed. Trust me this is the place to go. Our cars are a major investment.....they may not see this post but I am so happy so thankful my friends said my car looks brand new. I could not believe the work they did it was a mess. Long post but it’s all true and I was just shocked it was perfect. Thank you Dane and Randall and all that repaired my damaged car. Victoria

I will never recommend anyone going there. One of the guys work there is very ignorant and rude. He believes that their shop is the only one in town and they doing a big favor to you by working on your car. Had to take my car twice to the shop after they deliver it. The repair person did not pay attention to the details. Stay away from it

They dont keep up with records, so you better make sure that you keep up with it.
