My 2017 BMW 330i is currently at German Tech Auto for repairs. Logan has been so helpful and has kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were able to get my car on their schedule very quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

My BMW 328xi was idling rough all of a sudden. I assumed it was a vacuum line and was about to attempt a repair myself. I ended up taking it in and It wasnt a vacuum line at all. They were able to accurately troubleshoot the exact problem with their diagnostic software, and determined that I had three cylinders misfiring. They changed out all my coils and spark plugs and had me back on the road the next day. My engine is performing better than before I had issues. I am satisfied with my service and highly recommend German Auto Tech.

Having issue with failed clutch. German auto tech is working to resolve issue. Communication is very good. They take the time to listen to my concerns.

Updated/edited review. They have contacted me and are re-looking at my car. Out of fairness for them, I’m deleting original review and giving them 5 stars as of right now for their customer service. Couldnt for the life of me figure out why my car wouldnt start. Had it towed in, they diagnosed it within a few hours and told me what it needed. Had them order the parts. Due to it being late Friday, the part came in Monday morning. Had it put on in a matter of hours. Would totally recommend them, and plan on using them again if the need arises!

Waited a week for the dealership I bought the vehicle from and still was not able to tell me if they could fix it and/or how much. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot they told me what was wrong, ordered the part, called me when it came in and scheduled me to bring car in. Job was completed ahead of schedule! German Auto Tech is the real deal. I’ve been taking my Mercedes Benz to them for years whenever I need any servicing. From small to large, they can handle it all with ease. I have a 2009 335i BMW which I have serviced here multiple occasions. They provide great service without expensive dealer prices. Very knowledgeable staff and techs. My cousin also had his Mercedes S class repaired at this shop and was satisfied with service as well. I recommend this shop to anyone with a European import vehicle

The staff were helpful in providing me thorough information about my car along with options to fix the underlying issue. Since I am a college student, they also offered me Uber so I can get to class while fixing my car, which is greatly appreciated. The inside of the of the shop is appealing as well, overall going beyond my expectations.

They were busy but got to my vehicle quickly. Great communication and quick repair. More expensive than my usual mechanic but it’s a specialized place so I expected that. Just drove off and all seems to work great.

I just bought my 08 Jetta Volkswagen recently from a private seller and my transmission went out on me. My car had to be towed and they allowed me to have it towed by a towing company to their shop after hours. It took longer than anticipated to get the transmission but they were patient with me. Logan was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and she was always happy to update me when I called to check on my car. They even drove it quite a bit to ensure nothing else was wrong. They found a transmission with under 100,000miles on it so my car should easily last me for years to come! Very professional, reasonably priced for what work they had to do, and they texted me as soon as it was ready. They will be my go-to for any future service needed on the car.

Very professional and friendly. A little expense but worth the money

Very friendly staff. They really know what they are talking about and take the time to explain it to people who dont really understand cars that well. They were also very understanding of my time. I also really appreciated being able to text instead of call about updates because a lot of the time I was stuck in a meeting or lecture when they needed an answer and it was nice to be able to have that option of texting instead of leaving my meeting. Overall I was pleased with the service provided.

I own a ‘06 Mini Cooper. The check engine light has been on since I’ve gotten the car, I’ve been to multiple other car places and no one can seem to tell me what is wrong or even find the problem, within the first day of Logan and the team having my car they knew what the problem was. They explained everything that needed to be repaired and made sure I understood. After they fixed the problems, they ensured the car was in its best shape before giving it back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

GAT does a very thorough inspection of your car and sends you a detailed listing of their findings via text or email including pictures. They then walk you you through the ins and outs of their findings. They give you different options as far as buying a new part or sending it off to be refurbed. They don’t pressure you and let you make decisions on what you can and can’t get fixed with your budget at the time. They answer any and all questions without making you feel like the question was stupid. Logan does a fantastic job on keeping you updated with changes or delays if they arise. Came in 4 times (4 years) for yearly oil change. Each time something else bad happened to my car. Finally get service from Memphis dealer and no more problem. If you think to save a little money going here GOOD LUCK cause it will cost you more in the long run. Beside there is not too much price different.

Jeremy and the staff here have knowledge on all kinds of cars. They follow through and are straight up about their prices. They arent cheap, but Ive never had a warranty with these guys.
