We were tourists travelling through the area when I noticed what smelled like a fan belt burning. Called several auto repair places late in the afternoon hoping to get in the next day with no luck until I reached Midtown. The nice woman there said if I could be there when they opened they would take a look. Was there at opening the next morning and received prompt, professional, and friendly service.

My Ford F150 broke down several weeks ago as I was moving across the country with a trailer hitched to the back of my truck. I limped my truck to the Ford dealership but they couldnt figure out the electrical problem. I went down the road to Midtown Auto Service and not only did they properly diagnose the problem but they also did everything they could to get me a replacement part delivered and installed as fast as possible. I was back on the road within a few hours thanks to the wonderful people at Midtown and my truck has been running great ever since!

I love bringing my car up there. The people always try to give me the lowest price they can. And they do a great service job.

Had my transmission fluid changed here while visiting and two days afterward the fluid had entirely leaked out and the car had to be towed in for the work to be re-done. I left the state to return home and within two weeks the transmission fluid was once again leaking profusely, and being out of state I had to have another mechanic once again re-do the job (properly this time). Ive been trying for days now to work out a refund of the work Midtown Auto did, as it was done improperly twice and Ive now had to pay someone else to fix their mistake, but despite all the promises of the mechanic calling me back, he never does. Im still trying to get my money back from them, so I cannot recommend that anyone else spend theirs here.Edit: I did receive the refund finally, which is appreciated. However, the lack of professionalism in not returning my calls for a week and the work failing twice to the point of endangering my car still leave this shop as a Dont Recommend from me.

Since a new person took over this shop you can tell the difference. They use the good old boy system meaning they work on their buddy’s and people they know first. When I dropped my car off for a sensor replace at 7:30 am and when I called at 3:00pm they told me I wasn’t getting my car back today because they haven’t started on it. Now keep in mind when I dropped my car off there was literally only one car at the shop and that was mine.... what a joke and a was of time.......

They were HONEST, admittex they did not have knos how to fix our diesel Dodge Ram & said they didnt want to charge us for trying to fix it. HONEST!!!!

They were very kind and CARING and they were fast at their jobs...and the prices arent too bad, but bad enough..

First time visit and found staff to be courteous, professional and helpful. They changed my oil/filter and performed other basic routine maintenance. I had an engine light that had just popped up inside my vehicle and they thought that they probably had taken care of it, but will see if the light reappears, which 2 days later it has not so that is a good sign. They disconnected my HUM devise inside my vehicle to perform a system diagnostics on the engine. They forgot to reconnect the HUM because it was getting close to closing time for them by the time they finished everything, but that is an easy reconnect for me.

The team out at Midtown did an excellent job on my Honda I really appreciate it guys

They are very professional and kind. I took my truck there because I got the best prices for my tires. So, I also got brakes and rotors. They were fast. Plus had me ready so I can go pick up my little ones; for that Im thankful. If I need anything else serviced, I will definitely be taking my truck here. They are the best!!!

Staff was friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The young lady at the service desk deserves a 5+ for her compassion in helping to make sure I was satisfied, that is something we need more of. It makes me want to continue my business there. She is a jewel! As well as the guys doing the work. A+ for sure!

Horrible experience. Slow service. Major misdiagnosis. The manager told me I needed a new motor for my vehicle. I had it towed to Geralds auto repair for a second opinion and found out it was just a hose leak. Now the truck is fixed and back on the road.Ashley at the service counter was really nice, besides that. I would not recommend.

I had a great long distance auto repair with Jeremy last year. My son was in Jonesboro for a wedding and had car trouble. I reached out toMidtown after a failed attempt at another local shop. Jeremy handled everything and the price was fair. I Would use them again.

Of all the repair shops in Jonesboro there was one that stood out, yes Midtown Auto. They were customer friendly, willing to help with all of my needs and I didnt have to wait long. If your in need of an oil change and dont want the wait Midtown Auto Service is where you need to go. A convenient location and perfect if your in a hurry on a Friday, your one stop shop oil change and tire specialist.

We broke down coming into Jonesboro Arkansas we where recommend by AAA to come to this place tge lady Im the front is married to Jeremy the mechanic he is not a qualified mechanic he will recommend parts to replace instead of fixing the actual problem this guy is not to be trusted with any vehicles very rude and confrontational our transmission went out and he recommends a $300 transmission flush lol what a professional dont take your vehicle to them you will regret it

Best auto experience Ive ever had. A part they installed was faulty and they replaced it within 3 hours. No fuss, no problems. I will go nowhere else.

Paid 160 for front brakes. After I left my brakes are soft and make noise and have failed to stop me until I have pumped them. Dont want to take it back if they messed up on something as simple as breaks.

Theybl wont do anything to your car it doesnt need and will work to give you the best deal. They are flexible when it comes to needing your car worked too! While on spring break my daughter had locked her keys in her car while it was still running. They came out on the ridge, opened her car, and helped her not feel so embarrassed about the whole situation.Friendly and fast service, less then an hour wait on a Saturday afternoon.

The people that work there are friendly. I just got my oil changed and they rotated my tires (I didnt have to ask). However, the very next day, I found out that my car was out of washer fluid. I thought that they might check that sort of thing.

I had an appointment for my brakes. I sat there 5 hours!!!! On top of that, my front driver wheel/brake is making a grumbly sound, and they did a so called inspection. I dont care what kind of warranty my brakes have, I wont go back.
